Guanglian Aviation announced that the company plans to purchase 30% of Chengdu Hangxin’s equity at a valuation of ¥ 400 million Yuan upon payment of cash consideration. The transaction price is ¥120 million Yuan, and the source of M&A funds is auto-seasonal funds. After the completion of this transaction, the company will own 100% of the capital of Chengdu Hangxin, which will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

中國廣聯航空工業有限公司宣布，擬以1.2億元人民幣收購成都航新信30%的股權。廣聯航空發佈公告稱，公司擬以現金對價4億元收購成都航信30%的股權。交易價格為1.2億元人民幣，併購資金來源為汽車季節性資金。本次交易完成後，公司將擁有成都航信100%的出資，成都航信將成為公司的全資子公司。
