Surinam Airways vuela a Orlando Sanford vía Aruba

 Surinam Airways ha vuelto a Orlando Sanford (SFB) al comenzar un servicio semanal desde Aruba (AUA), con el vuelo procedente de Paramaribo. Lanzado el 3 de abril, los vuelos operan en Sanford llegan los lunes a las 16:30, con el vuelo de regreso a Aruba con salida el martes a las 16:00, lo que significa que la aeronave pasa casi 24 horas en la planta de Sanford.

La ruta de 2.148 kilómetros desde Aruba a Sanford, que se vuela en 737-300 de la aerolínea, se enfrentará competencia directa, sin embargo Southwest Airlines hace funcionar un servicio diario entre Orlando y Aruba. Surinam Airways no es ajeno a Sanford, con ella después de haber operado un vuelo semanal (viernes) de Georgetown en Guyana, que también se originó en Paramaribo, hasta el 1 de octubre del año pasado.

La ruta desde Paramaribo a través de Georgetown fue lanzado originalmente el 2 de julio de 2015. Vote por FTWA de Orlando Sanford en Arco del Triunfo esta semana de votación pública.

Los pasajeros del vuelo inaugural de Surinam Airways entre Aruba y Orlando Sanford se presentaron con un certificado vuelo inaugural el 3 de abril, mientras que una selección de chocolates decoradas con elegancia también se proporciona en el aeropuerto de la Florida. El transportista operará un vuelo semanal entre los dos destinos en su 737-300.

Surinam Airways flies to Orlando Sanford via Aruba

Surinam Airways has returned to Orlando Sanford (SFB) by beginning a weekly service from Aruba (AUA), with the flight originating from Paramaribo. Launched on 3 April, flights operate into Sanford on Mondays arriving at 16:30, with the return flight to Aruba departing on Tuesdays at 16:00, meaning the aircraft spends nearly 24 hours on the ground at Sanford.

The 2,148-kilometre route from Aruba to Sanford, which is flown on the airline’s 737-300s, will face no direct competition, however Southwest Airlines does operate a daily service between Orlando and Aruba. Surinam Airways is no stranger to Sanford, with it having operated a weekly (Fridays) flight from Georgetown in Guyana, which also originated from Paramaribo, up until 1 October last year.

The route from Paramaribo via Georgetown was originally launched on 2 July 2015. Vote for Orlando Sanford’s FTWA in this week’s Arch of Triumph Public Vote.

Passengers on the inaugural Surinam Airways flight between Aruba and Orlando Sanford were presented with an inaugural flight certificate on 3 April, while a selection of elegantly decorated chocolates were also provided at the Florida airport.
