El gremio de Aeronavegantes firmó hoy un acuerdo paritario específico para la empresa Andes Líneas Aéreas que les garantiza un aumento salarial superior al 38,5 por ciento a lo largo de este año, según informó el sindicato, que destacó que además recuperan el pago de “horas garantizadas”, capacitación y atención al cliente, junto con una bonificación por producción.

El aumento salarial se abonará de forma escalonada en tres cuotas: la primera, del 22%, desde el 1 de enero pasado; la segunda, del 9%, a cobrarse con el sueldo de julio; y la ultima, del 4,5%, a abonarse a partir de diciembre. Según informó el sindicato, cada tramo es “acumulativo” (es decir que el aumento porcentual es sobre el salario con el aumento previo ya incorporado), lo que implica un incremento de punta a punta de casi el 39%.

“Esta es una reivindicación salarial muy importante para nuestro sindicato, no sólo porque permite recuperar el salario perdido por la inflación, sino también por la recuperación del piso de horas garantizadas”, destacó Juan Pablo Grey, titular de Aeronavegantes, secretario de Prensa de la Confederación Argentina de Trabajadores del Transporte (CATT) y secretario de Juventud y Protección de la Niñez de la CGT.

El ítem que mencionó Grey garantiza el pago de 10 horas de vuelo para los cargos de Jefa de Cabina y Auxiliar de abordo, lo que implica, según el gremio, una suma de $ 1400 y $ 1050 respectivamente.
