Aerolínea Law firma acuerdo para fusionar operaciones con Star Up
Latin American Wings (LAW) firmó un memorándum de entendimiento con la aerolínea peruana Star Up S.A., formalmente Star Perú, la cuarta aerolínea más grande de ese país, con el objetivo de combinar sus operaciones y ajustar sus itinerarios actuales, de manera de poder comercializar en Perú y en Chile, los destinos a los que lleguen ambas empresas.
El acuerdo considera el intercambio de aeronaves; prestarse recíprocamente, en los aeropuertos donde tengan operaciones, servicios de ground handling y despacho comercial (incluyendo counters); acordar operaciones de código compartido, a fin de operar ambas el mismo vuelo embarcando desde sus respectivos países.
Para llevar a cabo el acuerdo, se tiene contemplado la realización de un due dilligence legal, financiero y tributario de parte de LAW a Star Perú, con un plazo de 30 días a partir de la firma de este documento.
Una vez suscrito el contrato de transferencia de acciones, Star Perú permitirá el ingreso de ejecutivos de LAW a todas las gerencias de la empresa. Asimismo, permitirá la participación de un ejecutivo de LAW en las sesiones de su Directorio.
De materializarse el acuerdo entre ambas partes, LAW sumará mensualmente 40.000 pasajeros transportados y US$4 millones a su facturación.

Law firm signs deal to merge operations with Star Up S.A.
Latin American Wings (LAW) signed a memorandum of understanding with peruvian airline Star Up S.A., formally Star Perú, (The fourth largest airline in that country), with the objective of combining its operations and adjusting its current routes, so that it can market in Peru and Chile, the destinations to which both companies arrive.
The agreement considers the exchange of aircraft; Lending to each other, in airports where they operate, ground handling services and commercial dispatch (including counters); Agree code-sharing operations, in order to operate both the same flight embarking from their respective countries.
In order to carry out the agreement, a legal, financial and tax due dilligence from LAW to Star Perú is contemplated, with a deadline of 30 days from the signing of this document.
Once the share transfer agreement is signed, Star PerúWill allow the entry of LAW executives to all company management. It will also allow the participation of a LAW executive in the sessions of his Board.
If the agreement between the two parties materializes, LAW will add 40,000 passengers transported monthly and US $ 4 million to its billing. A\W
