La matriz Swiss International Air Lines adquirirá E190-E2 para su filial Helvetic Airways

Swiss International Air Lines incorporará partir del próximo año 2019 la nueva generación de aeronaves Embraer E190-E2 (Etapa 2). Las aeronaves bajo régimen de leasing por largo tiempo serán destinados a la flota tanto de Swiss Air Lines como de su filial Helvetic Airways de Suiza.

Helvetic Airways ha solicitado Embraer E190-E2 (12) que se entregarán a partir de 2019. Swiss Air Lines, por su parte adquirirá ocho (8) que se emplearán en rutas cortas europeas. La configuración todavía no está estimada.

Los Embraer Etapa 2 (E2) son la nueva segunda generación del famoso avión de pasajeros Embraer ERJ-190/195, incorporando nueva planta motriz Pratt & Whitney y alas rediseñadas aportando mejor aerodinamia y ahorro de combustible, lo que significa que utilizan aproximadamente un 17% menos de queroseno que la generación anterior. La modernización de la cabina ha sido rediseñada. Norwegian Widerøe recibió la primera unidad este año, siendo cliente de lanzamiento.

Swiss Air Lineas actualmente alquila cuatro Embraer 190 de la primera generación a Helvetic Airways. Después de la entrega de los E2, Helvetic Airways dará de baja comercial los E190-100, al igual que los Fokker 100 (5).

The Swiss International Air Lines parent company will acquire E190-E2 for its subsidiary Helvetic Airways

Swiss International Air Lines will incorporate the next generation of aircraft Embraer E190-E2 (Stage 2) starting next year 2019. The aircraft under a long-term leasing regime will be destined to the fleet of both Swiss Air Lines and its subsidiary Helvetic Airways of Switzerland.

Helvetic Airways has requested Embraer E190-E2 (12) to be delivered from 2019. Swiss Air Lines, for its part will acquire eight (8) to be used in European short routes. The configuration is not yet estimated.

The Embraer Stage 2 (E2) are the new second generation of the famous Embraer passenger aircraft ERJ-190/195, incorporating new Pratt & Whitney power plant and redesigned wings providing better aerodynamics and fuel economy, which means that they use approximately 17 % less kerosene than the previous generation. The modernization of the cabin has been redesigned. Norwegian Widerøe received the first unit this year, being a launch customer.

Swiss Air Lineas currently rents four Embraer 190 from the first generation to Helvetic Airways. After the delivery of the E2, Helvetic Airways will cancel the E190-100 commercial, as well as the Fokker 100 (5). A \ W
