Jet Airways planea vender los activos a la aerolínea holandesa KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, según un documento regulatorio

La aerolínea india en quiebra Jet Airways Ltd. ha comunicado que había firmado un acuerdo con la aerolínea holandesa KLM que podría llevar a la venta de sus activos en los Países Bajos. The bankrupt Indian airline Jet Airways Ltd. has announced that it had signed an agreement with the Dutch airline KLM that could lead to the sale of its assets in the Netherlands. If the agreement is finalized, it will only involve the sale of part of the company’s business activities and will not affect the pattern of participation, said the representatives that manage the bankruptcy in a statement dated January 16, 2020. The sale of assets does not report goods held in the Netherlands.

Jet Airways was once the largest private airline in India, stopping flying in April 2019 after running out of cash, leaving thousands out of work and increasing airfares across the country. He was admitted to bankruptcy court in June 2019 after his lenders, led by the State Bank of India SBI were unable to agree on a reactivation plan.
