Las aerolíneas españolas Vueling/Air Nostrum buscan tripulantes de cabina de pasajeros

Vueling y Air Nostrum, buscan tripulantes de cabina de pasajeros (TCP) abriendo los procesos de selección para las vacantes. La selección de personal es en Barcelona y Málaga para Vueling y Málagay Bilbao para Air Nostrum.

Vueling, del International Airlines Group (IAG) celebra este Martes, 21/01 una jornada de selección de personal en Barcelona y otra el Miércoles 29/01 en Málaga para incorporar nuevos Tripulantes de Cabina de Pasajeros (TCP) a la compañía en todas sus bases españolas. Actualmente, la compañía cuenta con una plantilla de más de 2.500 profesionales en este colectivo. En ambos casos, los interesados en participar deberán darse de alta en el “Área de Empleo” de Vueling a través del siguiente enlace: http://public.vueling.com/Seleccion. Los requisitos son, entre otros, ser mayor de edad; poseer el título de Bachillerato, Formación Profesional (FP) o equivalente; tener vocación de servicio y poseer un alto conocimiento de inglés.

Vueling, en busca de TCP para todas sus bases españolas. Las dos jornadas han comenzado a las 09:00 horas y solo podrán asistir los candidatos convocados por la compañía tras resultar aptos en la primera fase online del proceso de selección, a través del enlace mencionado. La jornada de selección constará de dos fases (ambas en inglés): Dinámica de grupo, Entrevista personal. “A través de estas jornadas Vueling busca seguir atrayendo el talento necesario para ofrecer el mejor servicio posible a sus clientes”, ha afirmado la compañía que está llevando a cabo estas dinámicas en todas sus bases en Europa.

Air Nostrum, la aerolínea franquiciada de Iberia para vuelos regionales, también está inmersa en un nuevo proceso de selección de tripulantes de cabina de pasajeros (TCP) para incorporar a su plantilla. La compañía hace énfasis en que los aspirantes deberán tener un buen nivel de inglés. Dentro de la gira de jornadas que están realizando por diversas localidades para tomar contacto con posibles candidatos, responsables de la compañía realizarán sendas jornadas de puertas abiertas este Miércoles 22/01, en Málaga y el Jueves 23/01, en Bilbao, en las que ofrecerán a los interesados una visión interna de la compañía y de las características del trabajo en ella. Las entrevistas con los candidatos tendrán lugar el Miércoles 22/01 en el Hotel Barceló Málaga (Calle Héroe de Sostoa, 2) a las 10:00 horas. También las entrevistas con los candidatos tendrán lugar el Jueves 23/01 en el Hotel Occidental Bilbao de la ciudad vizcaína (Zumalacárregui Etorbidea, 42) a las 08:45 horas. Los interesados en asistir a los procesos de selección deberán introducir previamente su curriculum vitae (CV) en la web de la compañía, inscribiéndose en la oferta de jornada de puertas abiertas (http://www.airnostrum.es/AirnostrumEmpleo/) y acudir a la entrevista sin esperar invitación. La aerolínea explica que los aspirantes tienen que aportar a su llegada al hotel dos fotos de tamaño carné y una de cuerpo entero, una fotocopia del Documento Nacional de Identidad (DNI) o, si fuera preciso, el permiso de residencia y trabajo, tres copias del CV y una certificación de los estudios cursados. Quienes superen la entrevista personal y las pruebas psicotécnicas tendrán la posibilidad de realizar un curso específico de mes y medio en el que recibirán la formación con la que conseguirán el certificado de vuelo junto con las habilitaciones que les permitirán realizar su labor en las diferentes aeronaves de la compañía.
