Aerolínea taiwanesa incrementa vuelos a Isla Palau
China Airlines, la aerolínea con sede en Taiwán, tiene confirmó que aumentará los vuelos a Palau el 16 de Noviembre 2022. La aerolínea actualmente opera un vuelo por semana y a partir del 16/11 aumentará su frecuencia de servicio en el Ruta Taipei/TPE—Palau/ROR a dos vuelos semanales (2Frq/S), operando la ruta los Miércoles y Sábados, proporcionando a los viajeros más flexibilidad y una mejor experiencia de vuelo. La compañía utilizará su nuevo Airbus A321NEO avión de pasajeros con capacidad para 180 pasajeros en configuración de Premium Business Class (12) y en Economy Class (168).
La aerolínea es actualmente la única aerolínea que vuela la ruta Taipei/Taoyuan—Palau, y comenzó a ofrecer vuelos chárter a Palau en 2008 con servicios regulares que comienzan oficialmente en 2009. Durante la pandemia de COVID19, la aerolínea fue clave en el transporte de suministros de prevención de pandemias, estudiantes y médicos pacientes que buscan tratamiento en Taiwán. En Abril de 2021, China Las aerolíneas se asociaron con agencias de viajes taiwanesas para organizar un Burbuja de viajes Taipei—Palau y este año marcó el 14º aniversario de la apertura de la ruta Palau.

Taiwanese airline increases flights to Palau Island
China Airlines, the airline based in Taiwan, has confirmed that it will increase flights to Palau on November 16, 2022. The airline currently operates one flight per week and from 11/16 will increase its frequency of service on the Taipei/TPE route— Palau/ROR to two weekly flights (2Frq/S), operating the route on Wednesdays and Saturdays, providing travelers with more flexibility and a better flight experience. The company will use its new Airbus A321NEO passenger aircraft with capacity for 180 passengers in Premium Business Class configuration (12) and Economy Class (168).
The airline is currently the only airline flying the Taipei/Taoyuan—Palau route and began offering charter flights to Palau in 2008 with scheduled services officially starting in 2009. During the COVID19 pandemic, the airline was a key player in transporting pandemic prevention supplies, students, and patient doctors seeking treatment in Taiwan. In April 2021, China Airlines partnered with Taiwanese travel agencies to organize a Taipei—Palau Travel Bubble and this year marked the 14th anniversary of the opening of the Palau route.
Palau, located in the Western Pacific, consists of 340 islands and is rich in maritime resources. Palau has some of the most unique and famous places, such as Milk Lake, Big Drop-off, Clam City, and Soft Coral, leading travelers to discover the surreal, underwater beauty of the country. Milk Lake, with its Tiffany Blue waters, is now listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
