Deutsche Aircraft celebra segundo aniversarios

Deutsche Aircraft celebró su segundo aniversario el 7 de Diciembre de 2022 permitiendo continuar creciendo constantemente, aprovechando la herencia de Dornier y la experiencia de los colegas que se han unido a la compañía desde 2020. “Nuestra gente es nuestro recurso más importante, y estamos agradecidos y orgullosos de los logros de nuestro equipo. Como todos sabemos, la única constante en esta industria es el cambio. Deutsche Aircraft celebrated its second anniversary on December 7, 2022 allowing it to continue to grow steadily, drawing on Dornier’s heritage and the experience of colleagues who have joined the company since 2020. “Our people are our most important resource, and we are grateful and proud of the achievements of our team. As we all know, the only constant in this industry is change. Over the past year, Deutsche Aircraft has shown that we are capable of responding to challenging circumstances and industry needs. Despite the Turbulence from the global pandemic, supply chain issues and regulatory changes, our team remains committed to upholding the highest standards”, said CEO Dave Jackson.

2022 was a very productive year for Deutsche Aircraft reaching numerous contracts with major suppliers for the D328eco™ program, including: Pratt & Whitney (engine), Supply On (digital management supply chain), Factory Design (interior of the cockpit), DMD Solutions (certification), Liebherr Aerospace (flap and spoiler drive), Sasol (PtL supply), Heggemann (digital twin and physical prototype of wing spar box; landing gear), Thyssenkrupp Aerospace (chain of supply of materials), Aciturri (aerostructures), Elbe Flugzeugwerke (floor panels), Bucher Leichtbau (galleys and partitions), Reiser Simulation and Training (flight test campaign and certification).

In addition, the German manufacturing company has partnered with ACIA Aero Leasing in marketing efforts to promote the D328eco and Legacy aircraft in firefighting configurations. We have also provided ongoing support to our valued operators and renewed our longstanding maintenance contracts for the in-service D328® fleet of Eagle Air and Private Wings. We are proud to be part of the reliable and robust operations of the D328® fleet around the world. Time and time again, this aircraft is proving to be the best in its class, with one of the highest levels of reliability in the industry.

This year 2022, Deutsche Aircraft participated in a number of international airshows and conferences, including ILA (Berlin), Farnborough Airshow (UK), ERA General Assembly (Portugal), Towards Sustainable Aviation (Toulouse), Fit for Future and the 12th Aviation Forum (Munich). We were also pleased that the Prime Minister of the German Federal State of Saxony sponsored the first Aircraft Supplier Summit in Leipzig. Deutsche Aircraft’s presence at these conferences allows us to promote the unique qualities of our aircraft and ensure our sustainability message is heard throughout the global aviation community.

In 2023, the company will continue to work hard and aim high. We look forward to several critical milestones, including the move to new offices in Oberpfaffenhofen and the opening ceremony of our Final Assembly Line (FAL) at Leipzig-Halle Airport. Deutsche Aircraft will be present at the 2023 Paris Air Show from June 19 to 25, 2023, where it is expected to connect with some of our partners and future operators.
