Magnicharters la aerolínea más amada y a Volaris la más odiada
Un estudio realizado por la consultora y financiera australiana S Money con Inteligencia Artificial (AI) evaluó a las compañías aéreas del mundo con las opiniones de los pasajeros vía Twitter, dio como resultado en México que la aerolínea más amada es Magnicharters, mientras la más odiada fue Volaris Airlines. De acuerdo con el estudio, Magnicharters fue la que recibió mayor número de mensajes positivos, pero Volaris fue la que tuvo más menciones negativas en Máxico como así tambien entre las diez más odiadas de Centroamérica y Norteamérica, con un 52,2% de menciones negativas en twitter.
La compañía evaluadora programó una herramienta que contabilizara las publicaciones en Twitter sobre las opiniones de los pasajeros, donde se mencionaban las aerolíneas de todo el mundo, excluyendo a las que ya no están en el mercado y a las que registraban menos de cien mensajes en la red social.
Volaris Airlines es considerada la mayor compañía en México que ha transportado 2.86 millones de pasajeros en el primer mes del año 2023 y registró un aumento interanual del 21.8% en comparación con el mismo mes de 2022.
