Re-assignment of hangars at Aeroparque benefits the Macri family

A reallocation of spaces in Aeroparque benefits airlines related to the President

After being acquainted with the link between the company Avian Líneas Aéreas and MacAir, the aerocomercial firm of Socma, the business group of the Macri family, new irregularities in companies linked to President Mauricio Macri appear on the scene.

This is a reallocation of spaces in Aeroparque that benefits airlines related to the president, according to the newspaper Página 12.

According to the information published in the morning, the controversy over the distribution of air routes in favor of companies linked to the president of the Nation, was added an arbitrary allocation of spaces in the hangars of the Jorge Newbery Aeroparque where Avian Airlines Appears again benefited.

The document, drafted by the current head of Avian Airlines, Sergio Mastropietro, indicates that, due to the redistribution of Aeroparque hangars, Carlos Martín Cobas was the representative of the national government, until a few months ago he was manager of MacAir, And in the registers of contributions to the social security figure as an employee of Avian Airlines.

In this negotiation, the parties agree «the conclusion of the conflict and Avian will not make any claim for the loss of profits or Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 for fees charged».

In addition, point 3 states that «Avian will coordinate with AA2000 the conclusion of the conflict and will not make any claim with loss of profit or AA2000 for uncollected fees, and will begin with the monthly payment of the fee.» It is what was described above: it refers to MacAir’s debt for the unpaid royalty since mid-2013, when AA2000 claimed the space by terminating the contract. MacAir refused the resolution and managed to freeze it, stopped paying the fee but continued making full use of the hangar, which makes the alleged demand for a «loss of profit» in the abstract. That is, the proposed solution, and apparently accepted, is equivalent to condoning a debt that private sources estimate at six million pesos.

It is worth remembering that Avian is the continuation of MacAir, the airline of the Macri family that was transferred to it in the middle of last year, but that continues having in its key positions the same executives who handled the signature before the supposed transference of its Actions. Carlos Colunga, former CEO of MacAir, is now vice president of Avian Airlines. A\W

Woah! I’m really enjoying the template/theme of this site.
It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s difficult to get that «perfect balance» between user friendliness
and visual appeal. I must say that you’ve done a excellent
job with this. Additionally, the blog loads very fast for me on Chrome.
    Superb Blog!
