Dos nuevas líneas aéreas anunciaron este lunes su incorporación a las operaciones regulares del Aeropuerto Internacional del Cibao para cubrir las rutas de Puerto Príncipe (Haití) y las islas Providenciales (islas Turcos y Caicos).

Desde el pasado 31 de marzo comenzó con vuelos los días viernes y domingos la aerolínea Sunrise Airways con destino a Puerto Príncipe, mientras que la Caicos Express lo hará desde el próximo día siete de los corrientes con destino a las islas Providenciales, los días jueves y sábados de cada semana.

“En hora buena llegaron esas nuevas aerolíneas, ya que estamos festejando el 15 aniversario del inicio de las operaciones del Aeropuerto Internacional del Cibao”, manifestó presidente del Consejo de Administración del Aeropuerto Internacional del Cibao, Félix García.

García expresó que es de gran valor para la entidad el hecho de que nuevas empresas aéreas utilicen esa terminal como conexión para transportar pasajeros a diferentes países.

Desde el Aeropuerto Internacional del Cibao se cubren varias rutas no solo hacia Estados Unidos de Norteamérica, sino del Caribe y Centroamérica. 

Sunrise Airways and Caicos Express open flights from Cibao Airport

 Two new airlines announced on Monday their inclusion in the regular operations of the Cibao International Airport to cover the routes of Port-au-Prince (Haiti) and the Providenciales Islands (Turks and Caicos Islands).

Since March 31 began with flights on Friday and Sunday the airline Sunrise Airways to Port-au-Prince, while the Caicos Express will do from the next day seven of the currents to the islands Providenciales on Thursday and Saturdays of each week.

«In good time these new airlines arrived, as we are celebrating the 15th anniversary of the beginning of the operations of the Cibao International Airport,» said Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Cibao International Airport, Félix García.

García said that it is of great value to the entity that new airlines use that terminal as a connection to transport passengers to different countries.
