La nueva aerolínea de Trinidad & Tobago iniciará sus operaciones regionales en Marzo 2018

Tobago Airways lanzará operaciones nacionales de transbordador entre Puerto España y Tobago el 1 de Marzo de 2018. La aerolínea actualmente busca inversores para financiar sus operaciones iniciales, informó el Guardian de Trinidad y Tobago.

Según la presentación del inversionista, la aerolínea planea desplegar un avión operado bajo un contrato ACMI por Airline Solutions Ltd. con sede en el Reino Unido. Tobago Airways ve un potencial para un servicio de transporte que conecte Trinidad y Tobago debido al nivel insatisfactorio de servicio prestado por el Caribe Airlines (BW, Puerto España ), que opera 144 viajes semanales de ida y vuelta entre las islas a bordo de los turbohélices ATR 72-600.

Tobago Airways proyecta una ganancia de U$D 2.12 millones antes de impuestos en el primer año de operaciones.

The new Trinidad & Tobago airline will start its regional operations in March 2018

Tobago Airways will launch national ferry operations between Port of Spain and Tobago on March 1, 2018. The airline is currently seeking investors to finance its initial operations, the Guardian of Trinidad and Tobago reported.

According to the investor’s presentation, the airline plans to deploy a plane operated under an ACMI contract by Airline Solutions Ltd. based in the United Kingdom. Tobago Airways sees a potential for a transport service connecting Trinidad and Tobago due to the unsatisfactory level of service provided by the Caribbean Airlines (BW, Port of Spain), which operates 144 weekly round trips between the islands on board the turboprops ATR 72-600.
