La creciente relación de wet-lease y codeshare de Virgin Australia con Alliance Airlines ha tenido un buen desempeño para ambas aerolíneas

Virgin Australia ha impulsado las relaciones con Alliance Airlines. Se han unido en la primera mitad del año 2017. Alliance Airlines ha asumido las operaciones de las rutas de Virgin Australia desde Brisbane a Mount Isa y Rockhampton, mientras que también lanzó sus propios servicios desde Brisbane a Port Macquarie, Nundaberg, Moranbah, que se comparten con Virgin Australia.

Flota coordinada

Virgin Australia coordinará las operaciones de Fokker 70 y Fokker 100 de Alliance Airlines para comenzar una ruta entre Brisbane y Alice Springs desde el 19 de Junio, que operará dos veces por semana.
