Xiamen Airlines ha confirmado un pedido por 20 aviones Boeing 737-8/10 MAX

La aerolínea china Xiamen Airlines ha formulado un pedido a Boeing por una orden de 20 aeronaves Boeing de última generación. La firma del contrato de compra de veinte aviones Boeing 737 MAX corresponden a las series MAX 8 y MAX 10 efectuando las entregas correspondientes entre 2019-2022. Los cinco primeros Boeing 737-8 MAX se unirán a la flota de la línea aérea en 2019, seguidos por siete en 2020. En 2021, se necesitarán ocho Boeing 737-10 MAX, antes de recibir los últimos tres MAX-10’s en 2022. La adquisición se financiará en parte con recursos internos y en parte mediante préstamos y otros arreglos financieros.

Xiamen Airlines agrega que la aeronave de nueva generación mejorará su eficiencia operativa, ayudará a mantener su estructura de flota «racionalizada y eficiente», y también a ampliar su capacidad.

El transportista, junto con China Southern Airlines, firmó por primera vez un acuerdo para adquirir 110 Boeing 737, incluidos los 30 aviones 737 MAX, en Diciembre 2015. Xiamen Airlines, tiene en su flota un total de 139 Boeing 737-800 y 10 Boeing 737-700 en servicio.

Xiamen Airlines has confirmed an order for 20 Boeing 737-8 / 10 MAX aircraft

The Chinese airline Xiamen Airlines has made an order to Boeing for an order of 20 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft of last generation. The signing of the purchase contract for twenty aircraft corresponds to the MAX 8 and MAX 10 series, making the corresponding deliveries between 2019-2022. The first five Boeing 737-8 MAX will join the airline fleet in 2019, followed by seven in 2020. In 2021, eight Boeing 737-10 MAXs will be needed, before receiving the last three MAX-10’s in 2022. The acquisition will be financed partly through internal resources and partly through loans and other financial arrangements.

Xiamen Airlines adds that the new generation aircraft will improve its operational efficiency, help maintain its «streamlined and efficient» fleet structure, and also expand its capacity.
