Dos nuevas aerolíneas fueron autorizadas para volar en Argentina

Las aerolíneas Cielos Mediterráneos y Dangus han solicitado los permisos correspondientes para iniciar operaciones aerocomerciales de servicios no regulares de pasajeros y carga. Iniciaron la tramitación del Certificado de Explotador de Servicios Aéreos (CESA).

En el Boletín Oficial de Argentina, fue publicado las solicitudes de apertura de operadores aéreos, mediante la Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC) que ha autorizado las operaciones de Cielos Mediterráneos y Dangus, dos nuevas aerolíneas comerciales, para efectuar la explotación de vuelos no regulares de pasajeros y carga en rutas nacionales e internacionales.

Ambas compañías habían presentado la solicitud en la Audiencia Pública del 6 Septiembre 2018 y este Lunes, 21 Enero 2019 el Gobierno dictó las Resoluciones Nº60 y Nº61 resolviendo la habilitación de ambas firmas a operar en el país. ANAC informó que “la propuesta empresaria se encuentra orientada a cubrir las necesidades de transporte que no son atendidas por los servicios regulares y representa, por ello, un elemento de utilidad general para la comunidad”.

Para llevar a cabo el servicio podrán utilizar aeronaves de gran porte. En ese sentido, las aerolíneas informaron en Audiencia que las mismas serán en principio del tipo Fairchild SA-227AC METRO III. Las líneas aéreas Cielos Mediterráneos como Dangus tendrán un año para tramitar y obtener el CESA, mientras que desde ese momento dispondrán de 180 días para iniciar las operaciones.

La resolución establece que solo podrán ofrecer una demanda que no esté siendo satisfecha por los vuelos regulares. Al mismo tiempo, dicho servicio no podrá convertirse en regular. La ANAC resolvió que no estará limitada la capacidad del uso del porte de las aeronaves.
