Preparan sindicato para las low cost Flybondi y despierta críticas de aeronavegantes
El Gobierno autorizó oficialmente este Lunes, 7 Enero 2019 a los trabajadores de la aerolínea Flybondi Líneas Aéreas a agruparse en una asociación sindical propia, sin vinculación con los gremios del sector aeronáutico. Se trata de la Asociación Sindical de Trabajadores de Flybondi (ASTF), la primera empresa de aeronavegación de bajo costo que emplea a 550 personas en Argentina.
El Ministro de Producción y Trabajo, Dante Sica, publicó la autorización en el Boletín Oficial para que la asociación sindical regularice su situación. Desde la cartera sindical de los Aeronavegantes analizan medidas de fuerza.
El texto de la aasociación sindical de Flybondi expresa: «Inscríbese en el Registro de Asociaciones Sindicales de Trabajadores a la ASOCIACIÓN SINDICAL DE TRABAJADORES DE FLYBONDI -F.B. LÍNEAS AÉREAS S.A.-, con domicilio en Montevideo N° 550, 1° “A”, de la Ciudad de Córdoba, Provincia de CÓRDOBA, con carácter de Asociación Gremial de primer grado, para agrupar a la totalidad de los trabajadores que presten servicios bajo relación de dependencia con la empresa de transporte aéreo denominada F.B. LÍNEAS AÉREAS S.A., con zona de actuación en todo el territorio de la REPÚBLICA ARGENTINA a excepción del territorio de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires», indica la resolución 4/2019.
La empresa Flybondi empezó en Enero 2019 a tramitar la filiación sindical, mientras que luego se sumaron Andes Líneas Aéreas y recientemente Norwegian Air Argentina. Estiman que para el 2020 se sumarán JetSmart Argentina y Sky Airline de Chile.
Guerra sindical
Desde la órbita sindical de los Aeronavegantes demostraron su rechazo y consideraron a la iniciativa «como una táctica del Gobierno para favorecer a las empresas. Estas son estrategias para desligitimar nuestra lucha porque lo único que quieren hacer es usar ese sindicato como un interlocutor de los intereses del Gobierno», enfatizó Andrés Junor, vocal de la Asociación Argentina de Aeronavegantes (AAA).
La autorización representa un fuerte golpe para los gremios aeronáuticos que de ahora en más convivirán con una nueva organización en la actividad. Si bien la nueva entidad sindical no podrá discutir paritarias, su mera existencia es un primer antecedente para la creación de otros sindicatos similares.
La aspiración del nuevo sindicato es la de avanzar en la negociación colectiva para firmar un convenio laboral de empresa, el principal temor de los gremios aeronáuticos que ven detrás de esa iniciativa una maniobra respaldada por el Gobierno para modificar el resto de las convenciones colectivas, con una eventual pérdida de beneficios.
Flybondi es una de las principales interesadas en la creación de un nuevo convenio de trabajo. Durante un año intentó llegar a un acuerdo con los sindicatos tradicionales, como pilotos (APLA), Técnicos (APTA), Aeronavegantes (AAA) y Personal de tierra (APA), pero la propuesta fue sistemáticamente rechazada. Los gremios aeronáuticos se oponen al sistema de retribución planteado por las low cost, a partir de las ganancias o la productividad, y prefieren que el salario esté compuesto por los adicionales por antigüedad o permanencia, entre otros conceptos, como ocurre en la actualidad.
La nueva filiación sindical sólo nucléa a los trabajadores de la low cost Flybondi, aunque con el arribo de Andes Líneas Aéreas, Norwegian, Jet Smart Argentina y Sky Airline, el gremio podría incluir a personas de esas empresas.

Trade union war

The aspiration of the new union is to move forward in collective bargaining to sign a company labor agreement, the main fear of the aeronautical unions that see behind this initiative a maneuver backed by the Government to modify the rest of the collective agreements, with an eventual loss of benefits.
Flybondi is one of the main interested parties in the creation of a new work agreement. For one year he tried to reach an agreement with the traditional unions, such as pilots (APLA), Technicians (APTA), Aircraft Operators (AAA) and Ground Staff (APA), but the proposal was systematically rejected. The aeronautical unions are opposed to the system of retribution proposed by the low cost, based on profits or productivity, and prefer that the salary is composed of the additional by seniority or permanence, among other concepts, as it happens at present.
