American Airlines recibió el primero de los 100 A321NEO’s
La aerolínea estadounidense American Airlines ha tomado entrega del primer Airbus A321NEO por encargo de Airbus, con 
motores CFM LEAP-1A. La aeronave con matrícula MSN8647, partió de Hamburgo, Alemania, el Viernes, 1 Febrero 2019 efectuando un vuelo ferry transatlántico a Pittsburgh, Estados Unidos, donde los técnicos prepararán al A321NEO para los preparativos del primer vuelo comercial.
La nueva aeronave comercial A321NEO de American Airlines aterrizó en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Pittsburgh proveniente desde Alemania. El nuevo Airbus A321NEO y otros similares que seguirán, irán primero a las instalaciones de mantenimiento en Pittsburgh, donde trabajan unos 500 empleados.
El Airbus A321NEO es el primero de los 100 A321NEO’s ordenados al constructor europeo Airbus SE por parte de American Airlines. La aerolínea opera actualmente la versión anterior A321CEO (A321-231) con una flota de 219 unidades activas.

American Airlines received the first of the 100 A321NEO’s
American Airlines has taken delivery of the first Airbus A321NEO on behalf of Airbus, with CFM LEAP-1A engines. The aircraft registered with MSN8647, departed from Hamburg, Germany, on Friday, 1 February 2019, carrying out a transatlantic ferry flight to Pittsburgh, United States, where the technicians will prepare the A321NEO for the preparations of the first commercial flight.
The new American Airlines A321NEO commercial aircraft landed at the Pittsburgh International Airport from Germany. The new Airbus A321NEO and similar ones that will follow will first go to the maintenance facilities in Pittsburgh, where about 500 employees work.
The Airbus A321NEO is the first of the 100 A321NEO’s ordered from the European Airbus SE by American Airlines. The airline operates actually the previous version A321CEO (A321-231) with a fleet of 219 active units. A \ W
