Limitaciones operaciones internacionales en Aeropuerto El Palomar

La Justicia Argentina ha emitido el Viernes 9 Agosto 2019 una medida de precaución que restringe las operaciones del Aeropuerto Internacional El Palomar limitando las operaciones aerocomerciales permitiendo despegues/aterrizajes entre la la franja horaria de 06:00-23:00 hs.

El nuevo aeropuerto low cost está afrontando problemas relacionados a niveles sonoros en la zona aledaña en la franja nocturna, por lo que la Justicia ha validado referencias de otros aeropuertos en el mundo en las mismas situaciones corroborados por el organismo internacional de la IATA.

Con este nuevo fallo las aerolíneas y el aeropuerto apelarán esta decisión por lo que dificultaría las operaciones internacionales de Flybondi Líneas Aéreas y de JetSmart Airlines Argentina. La nueva restricción limitaría o modificaría el plan presentado por la low cost Flybondi para volar la ruta Buenos Aires/El Palomar-Sao Paulo. Desde la compañía han comunicado que apelarán el fallo presentado.

The Argentine Justice has issued on Friday, August 9, 2019 a precautionary measure that restricts the operations of the El Palomar International Airport limiting the commercial operations allowing takeoffs/landings between the time slot from 06: 00-23: 00 hs.

The new low cost airport is facing problems related to sound levels in the surrounding area in the night strip, so Justice has validated references from other airports in the world in the same situations corroborated by the IATA international organization.

With this new ruling, the airlines and the airport will appeal this decision, making it difficult for the international operations of Flybondi Airlines and JetSmart Airlines Argentina. The new restriction would limit or modify the plan presented by the low cost Flybondi to fly the route Buenos Aires/El Palomar-Sao Paulo.
