Interjet definirá su próxima huelga en segunda ronda de votaciones
La Junta Federal de Conciliación y Arbitraje (JFCA) notificó al Sindicato Nacional de Trabajadores y Empleados de Comunicaciones y Transportes Aéreo, Marítimo y Terrestre de México, Sección 15 de la Confederación de Trabajadores de México (CTM) que el recuento para definir la situación de la huelga en Interjet se realizará el próximo Martes 16 de Febrero de 2021 definida entre las 07:00 a las 19:00 horas.
A fines de Enero 2021 la JFCA había informado al gremio CTM que se efectuaría el recuento y emitió el listado de los centros laborales en donde los 4.114 trabajadores sindicalizados de la aerolínea Interjet, deberían de emitir su voto para ratificar o rechazar la huelga que comenzó el 08/01 pasado en demanda de los adeudos salariales, aguinaldo, vales de despensa y fondo de ahorro, entre otros conceptos a los trabajadores. El último comunicado de la Sección 15 destaca que los trabajadores solo podrán emitir su voto en el lugar que fueron designados (el último lugar donde presentaron sus servicios), portando una credencial oficial o pasaporte. Con el objetivo de preservar la salud de todos en está votación presencial vigilada por Conciliación y Arbitraje se dispuso que esta se desarrolle con todas las medidas de higiene y protocolos para evitar contagios, tales como uso de cubrebocas, sana distancia, uso de tapetes sanitizantes y toma de temperatura, entre otras.
Para evitar la concentración de personas en los lugares con mayor número de trabajadores con derecho a voto, algunas estaciones dividirán la votación en horarios y/o grupos de trabajadores conforme a apellido paterno. “Estar a favor de la Huelga significa que se ordene y condene a la empresa a pagar salarios y prestaciones de todos ustedes, además de regresar a laborar si la empresa cumple con el pago respectivo”, dicta la carta firmada por Francisco Joaquín del Olmo, Director de la Sección 15, pero también señala que estar en contra de la Huelga, es perdonar y absolver a la empresa del pago de lo reclamado y que regresen a laborar.

La Comisión Federal de Competencia Económica (COFECE) ha autorizado el Lunes 08/02 la concentración entre ABC Aerolíneas, conocida como Interjet, y HBC International, fondo que adquirió parte del capital social de la aerolínea que se encuentra en huelga desde hace más de 30 días. Recientemente, Interjet recibió el aval de las autoridades mexicanas para concentrarse con el fondo HBC Internacional, lo que inyecta capital a una de las cuatro mayores aerolíneas del país, pero que aún afronta multas y deudas con el fisco.
