Arriba sexto Boeing 737-800 Next Generation
Expectativas de crecimiento en la región

Flybondi Líneas Aéreas ha anunciado el arribo de una nueva aeronave Boeing 737-800 Next Generation como parte de la ampliación de la flota. Con la incorporación del sexto avión con matrícula LV-KDR la aerolínea cuenta con un total de seis aviones con una flota homogénea, y de esta manera, pasa a tener la flota más grande desde que comenzó a operar en el 2018. El avión arribó el Miércoles 15/06 por la madrugada al Aeropuerto Jorge Newbery/AEP de Buenos Aires proveniente de la ciudad de Luisiana, Estados Unidos y haciendo una escala técnica en Guayaquil, Ecuador.

Después de muchos meses de trabajo muy fuerte de todas las áreas estaremos superando la máxima capacidad de flota que teníamos hasta el momento. La sexta aeronave Boeing 737-800 incorporada por Flybondi posee Número de Serie S/N 37887, LN:3463, representa a la variante 737-86N. Su primer vuelo se realizó el 30/10/2010. El avión está configurado para Y189. Emplea dos motores CFMI CFM56-7B26.

El historial de la aeronaves ha volado para la aerolínea Garuda Indonesia Airlines bajo registro PK-GFK desde el 17/11/2010 arrendado de GECAS, posteriormente ha sido almacenado el 11/2021 como N453AC.

El Boeing 737-800 comenzará a operar luego de realizar los procesos administrativos correspondientes. La aerolínea low cost Flybondi reafirma su propósito fundacional, que muchas más personas puedan viajar en avión en Argentina y en la región, accediendo a un servicio con estándares de calidad internacionales, seguro y con tarifas bajas.

Comenzó a operar en Argentina en 2018 y ya transportó a más de 4.300.000 personas. El 20% de sus pasajeros son personas que vuelan en avión por primera vez en su vida. Tiene una flota de aviones Boeing 737-800 NG con 189 asientos de única clase. Vuela a catorce destinos domésticos: Buenos Aires, Bariloche, Corrientes, Córdoba, Jujuy, Mendoza, Neuquén, Posadas, Iguazú, Salta, Santiago del Estero, Trelew, Tucumán y Ushuaia. Recientemente anunció la apertura de las rutas a El Calafate, Comodoro Rivadavia y Puerto Madryn. Actualmente tiene dos destinos internacionales a Brasil: Río de Janeiro y Sao Paulo. Desde Enero de 2021 es la aerolínea con mayor nivel de ocupación de sus vuelos en Argentina. Además, tiene una cuota de mercado doméstica del 13% a Mayo 2022.

De acuerdo a su plan de crecimiento de la compañía low cost, se espera el arribo de cuatro aeronaves adicionales para los próximos meses, llegando a totalizar diez aeronaves previstas antes del cierre del 2022 lo que permitirá incrementar sustancialmente los destinos en Argentina y la región.

Flybondi Líneas Aéreas has announced the arrival of a new Boeing 737-800 Next Generation aircraft as part of the expansion of the fleet. With the incorporation of the sixth aircraft with registration LV-KDR, the airline has a total of six aircraft with a homogeneous fleet, and in this way, it has the largest fleet since it began operating in 2018. The aircraft arrived on Wednesday 06/15 at dawn to the Jorge Newbery/AEP Airport in Buenos Aires coming from the city of Louisiana, United States and making a technical stopover in Guayaquil, Ecuador.

The sixth Boeing 737-800 aircraft incorporated by Flybondi has Serial Number S/N 37887, LN:3463, represents the 737-86N variant. Its first flight was made on 10/30/2010. The aircraft is configured for Y189. It uses two CFMI CFM56-7B26 engines.

Aircraft history has flown for Garuda Indonesia Airlines under registration PK-GFK since 11/17/2010 leased from GECAS, subsequently stored on 11/2021 as N453AC.

The Boeing 737-800 will begin to operate after carrying out the corresponding administrative processes.
