Emirates reanuda operaciones en Argentina tras la pandemia
La aerolínea de Emiratos Árabes Unidos, Emirates Airline, ha restablecido operaciones aéreas a Argentina el 2 de Noviembre de 2022. Como parte de un exhaustivo estudio de mercado, la aérea ha considerado oportuno el regreso de la ruta Dubái/DXB—Rio de Janeiro/GIG—Buenos Aires/EZE. Tras las interrupciones generada por la crisis sanitaria mundial, una de las compañías líderes del mercado del Golfo Arábico anuncia felizmente el retorno de las operaciones desde la capital Dubái con una escala previa en Río de Janeiro, Brasil, para terminar su ruta en Buenos Aires, Argentina.
“Este vuelo no solo ofrece a los clientes de Argentina y Brasil conectividad a destinos populares de negocios y placer como Dubái, Tel Aviv, El Cairo, Maldivas o Bangkok, sino que también permite un enlace conveniente y directo entre dos países sudamericanos, utilizando nuestro reconocido servicio”, dijo Salem Obaidalla, Vicepresidente de Operaciones Comerciales de Emirates para las Américas.
El restablecimiento de la ruta Dubái/DXB—Rio de Janeiro/GIG—Buenos Aires/EZE se desarrollará con cuatro frecuencias semanales (4Frq/S), mientras que la compañía analiza incorporar más frecuencias a medida que la demanda crezca. Las proyecciones de la línea aérea emiratí estiman una ocupación inmediata del 80% confiando en la solidez de la marca, que se ha posicionado en los años de operatoria local, en la demanda creciente del segmento alto y en la relación previa con el canal de agencias.
Emirates Airline se muestra confiada en la ruta hacia Sudamérica con la noticia de lanzar la Clase Premium Economy en seis de sus aeronaves y que le darán un nuevo matiz a la Clase Ejecutiva y Primera, sabiendo que el viajero espera anualmente una novedad de la compañía. La aerolínea podrá vender pasajes a Río de Janeiro permitiendo agregar valor a su vuelo en temporada alta en Brasil. “La reanudación de los vuelos de Emirates también facilitará el comercio entre Argentina, Brasil y el resto del mundo a través de Emirates SkyCargo, la división de carga de la aerolínea. Desde 2012, se exportaron 23.000 toneladas de mercancías desde Argentina y se transportaron 21.000 toneladas de importaciones utilizando los servicios de Emirates”, expresaron desde la compañía emiratí.
