Aporte capital estatal por US$ 40 millones de Dólares

Croatia Airlines ha anunciado una ampliación de aporte de capital estatal. Los accionistas de Croatia Airlines votarán sobre una propuesta para emitir 29,6 millones de acciones adicionales, cada una valorada en 10 HRK 10/US$ 1,38, equivalente a una inyección de capital de HRK 296 millones de Kunas/US$ 40.76 millones)de Dólares. El nuevo aporte aumentaría significativamente el capital de Croatia Airlines alcanzando alrededor de HRK 923,9 millones de Kunas/US$ 127,17 millones de Dólares. La Junta de Accionista votaría el aporte el 22/12 como parte de un nuevo oxigenamiento para la aerolínea croata en dificultades. De esta manera el Estado croata alcanzaría el 98,76% de las acciones de Croatia Airlines.

El Gobierno de Croacia ha continuado aportando dinero a su deficitaria aerolínea nacional durante años mediante con préstamos otorgados en condiciones financieras favorables, inyecciones de capital y acuerdos de PSO. Al mismo tiempo, los proveedores y socios de Croatia Airlines son en gran parte de propiedad estatal, por lo que la aerolínea también recibe un trato favorable.

La aerolínea ha registrado económicamente su primer mes de rentabilidad en Junio de 2022, luego de tres años de arrastre de números negativos. Alcanzó ganancias en el tercer trimestre de 2022. Tras un despeje de números deficitarios, a principios de esta semana, Croatia Airlines y Airbus Group anunciaron un acuerdo para que la aerolínea comprara seis Airbus A220-300 (6) y arrendara otros nueve (9) adicionales, permitiendo reemplazar a los Airbus A319CEO/A320CEO y De Havilland Dash 8Q-400

Zračni prijevoznik je ekonomski zabilježio prvi mjesec profitabilnosti u lipnju 2022., nakon tri godine vukući negativne brojke. Postigao je dobit u trećem tromjesečju 2022. Nakon čišćenja brojeva o deficitu, ranije ovog tjedna Croatia Airlines i Airbus Grupa objavili su sporazum za kupnju šest zrakoplova Airbus A220-300 (6) i lizinga još devet (9), što omogućuje zamjenu Airbus A319CEO/A320CEO i De Havilland Dash 8Q-400

Perspektive Hrvatska

Hrvatski avioprijevoznik nije izvijestio kako će dokapitalizirati, hoće li njime financirati svoje poslovanje, kupnju nove flote i ostalo. Croatia Airlines očekuje da će strategija jedinstvene flote promijeniti kormilo nakon dva desetljeća stagnacije. Tvrtka je primijetila da su zrakoplovi obitelji Airbus A320 preveliki za tržište koje trenutno opslužuje Croatia Airlines da bi bili profitabilni na sezonskom tržištu, gdje decentralizirana struktura putničkih tokova u Hrvatskoj zahtijeva ne samo opsluživanje zagrebačke baze, već više zračnih luka s velikom potražnjom za turizmom na obali uzrokovale su poteškoće u prometu.
