La aviación mundial se reúnen en la Cumbre del Transporte Aéreo en Cancún

Los máximos representantes de la industria aérea de las 275 aerolíneas miembro de la Asociación Internacional del Transporte Aéreo (IATA), que concentran el 83% del tráfico aéreo mundial, se dan cita edel 4-6 de junio 2017 en la 73ª Asamblea General Anual (AGM) y Cumbre Mundial del Transporte Aéreo. Participarán altos dirigentes de gobiernos, organizaciones internacionales, la industria de la aviación del transporte aéreo. En total, se calcula la asistencia de más de 900 delegados al evento, cuya anfitriona es Aeroméxico.

«Los altos dirigentes de la industria aérea abordarán temas cruciales del transporte aéreo, como la búsqueda de soluciones alternativas que mejoren la seguridad aérea sin los inconvenientes de la actual prohibición de portátiles a bordo, la lucha contra la trata de seres humanos, la implementación del Esquema de Compensación y Reducción de Carbono de la Aviación Internacional o la modernización de los procesos de transporte de carga aérea«, ha señalado Alexandre de Juniac, consejero delegado y director general de la IATA.

Temática de la 73ª Asamblea Anual IATA

Los ocnsejeros de la reunión de la Asamblea Anual debatirán sobre la recuperación de las aerolíneas. El panel contará con la participación de Oscar Muñoz, CEO de United Airlines; Peter Bellew, CEO de Malaysia Airlines; Enrique Beltranena, CEO de Volaris; y Rickard Gustafson, CEO de SAS Group. Entre otros temas en agenda están la globalización, la innovación disruptiva, seguridad aérea y medio ambiente.

Global aviation meets at Cancun Air Transport Summit

The top representatives of the airline industry of the 275 member airlines of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), which account for 83% of global air traffic, meet on 4-6 June 2017 at the 73rd Annual General Assembly (AGM) and World Air Transport Summit.
