Ruili Airlines alquila tres Boeing 737 MAX

La compañía aérea de bajo costo chino Ruili Airlines va tomar en leasing tres Boeing 737 MAX de AVIC International Leasing Co. en el desarrollo de la expansión internacional. No hay fecha de entrega.

La voluntad de expansión a la internacional se conoce después de la obtención en febrero de la última versión de la Administración de la aviación civil de China (CAAC) para el despliegue de destinos internacionales. El presidente, Ma Zhanwei, había confirmado que el último mes de su compañía contemplaba abrir menos rutas internacionales en octubre de 2017.

Ruili Airlines opere una flota de 13 Boeing 737. En julio de 2016 en el salón de Farnborough, ella terminó una orden de seis Boeing 787-9 con las entregas previstas a partir de 2021.

Ruili Airlines leases three 737 MAX

La aerolínea indonesia Lion Air ha cancelado un pedido de A320NEO

Los informes de Airbus se pueden leer que la empresa cancela siete nuevos Airbus A320, cinco de ellos fueron los A320NEO. Se han cancelados 234 unidades aviones que son parte de una orden que Lion Air efectuó en 2013 al consorcio Airbus.Estos aviones del fabricante europeo fueron 109 A320NEO, 65 A321NEO y 60 A320CEO. El reparto de registro de 18,4 mil millones de euros fue firmado en París.

Los pedidos de Boeing
El pedido con Airbus fue, por tanto, aún mayor que el anterior contrato de grabación con Lion Air Boeing en 2011. En total, la aerolínea de bajo coste ordenó que 230 nuevos aviones, 29 Boeing 737-900 y 201 aviones B737MAX, con una opción por otros 150 aviones. Esa orden tenía un valor de casi 17 mil millones de euros.

Lion Air cancels A320NEO

Indonesian airline Lion Air has canceled an order for A320NEO

Federación Argentina de Empresas de Viajes y Turismo amenazó con iniciar acciones legales a las empresas aéreas si éstas no reintegran el pago de comisiones

El presidente de la Federación Argentina de Empresas de Viajes y Turismo (Faevyt), Fabricio Di Giambattista, anunció que esta entidad iniciará acciones judiciales a las compañías aéreas que dejaron de pagar comisiones a las agencias emisoras de pasajes, si no revén su decisión.logo-catamarca

En el marco del Congreso de Faevyt en Catamarca, el empresario explicó que «si bien en algunos países existe comisión cero, lo que nosotros decimos es que cero sólo funciona en países con otras economías y otras cargas impositivas» y remarcó que «en la región no existe comisión cero, en el único lugar que se propició fue acá, en Argentina».

Para Di Giambattista, la situación «genera una imposibilidad de competencia de muchas agencias que no pueden ofrecer pasajes, porque no se puede trabajar a pérdida», y consideró que la decisión de las aerolíneas afecta a las agencias de viajes más chicas al «cercenarle ventas».

«Al no poder ofrecer un producto turístico tienen menos posibilidades de vender y van a tener que suplir los servicios aerocomerciales», aseguró, y precisó que «esa es nuestra demanda, nuestro reclamo; si hubiese posibilidades de reverlo estaría buenísimo y, si no, seguiremos con la demanda».

SkyViet propuso disolución de sociedad

Dos accionistas relativos a Techcombank y TechCom Techcomdeveloper Capital y se ha ofrecido para disolver SkyViet después de un año de establecimiento. Con el fin de «despegar», Viet Bamboo Airlines, del multimillonario Trinh Van Quyet

En mayo de 2016,  Vietnam Airlines con dos socios TechCom Capital y la Corporación del Proyecto de Desarrollo estableció Joint Aviation Techcomdeveloper SkyViet con un capital inicial de VND300 mil millones en el que, Vietnam Airlines posee el 51%, y 48% de TechCom y Techcomdeveloper Capital posee 1%.

Hasta la fecha, JSC Vietnam Inversión TCO (anteriormente JSC Proyecto de Desarrollo Techcomdeveloper) ha enviado documentos a Vietnam Airlines con dos propuestas alternativas: los accionistas existentes han adquiridos acciones de TCO en SkyViet. A su vez, envía los procedimientos de disolución de una propuesta escrita de TechCom Capital Vietnam Airlines SkyViet. Al dirigirse a los procedimientos legales relacionados con la disolución SkyViet, VASCO continúa operando como filial de Vietnam Airlines.

A finales de mayo 2017, la Delegación del Gobierno ha escrito al Ministerio de Transporte de la valoración, la aportación de capital, establecido y propuesto las licencias de aviación de negocios de SkyViet.

De acuerdo a los documentos oficiales, el viceprimer ministro Truong Hoa Binh solicitó al Ministerio de Transporte informar todo el proceso de implementación de este esquema para considerar si continua o no de acuerdo con la ley. También se ha reportado a la del Secretario General.

VASCO sirven principalmente en vuelos cortos desde Ho Chi Minh a la isla y algunas provincias vecinas. VASCO espera transportar 663.000 pasajeros, un 12% en comparación con 2016; con una eficiencia de 77,4% estimado.

Actualmente, además de SkyViet, tres empresas desisten de entrar en el mercado, están compuestas por VietStar Airlines, AirAsia y Viet Bamboo Airlines. Chủ tịch Techcombank: Ngân hàng thực chất không trực tiếp tham gia vào SkyViet. Hãng hàng không SkyViet sắp ra đời từ công ty gốc VASCO. Tổng Công ty Hàng không Việt Nam – Vietnam Airlines (HVN) vừa công bố các nội dung quan trọng sẽ trình Đại hội đồng cổ đông thường niên 2017 dự kiến sẽ tổ chức vào ngày 20/6 tới đây.

Một thông tin quan trọng được Vietnam Airlines công bố liên quan đến việc thành lập hãng hàng không SkyViet trên cơ sở sắp xếp lại công ty bay dịch vụ VASCO – hiện là một chi nhánh của Vietnam Airlines.

Vào tháng 2016, Vietnam Airlines cùng với 2 đối tác là Techcom Capital và CTCP Phát triển dự án Techcomdeveloper thành lập CTCP Hàng không SkyViet với vốn điều lệ 300 tỷ đồng. Trong đó, Vietnam Airlines nắm 51%, Techcom Capital nắm 48% và Techcomdeveloper sở hữu 1%. Công ty này đã được sở Kế hoạch & Đầu tư Tp.HCM cấp Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký doanh nghiệp ngày 10/3/2016.

Đến ngày 2017, Công ty cổ phần Đầu tư TCO Việt Nam (trước kia là Công ty cổ phần Phát triển dự án Techcomdeveloper) có văn bản gửi Vietnam Airlines đề xuất 2 phương án: các cổ đông hiện hữu mua lại cổ phần của TCO tại SkyViet hoặc giải thể SkyViet.

Ngày 2017, đến lượt Techcom Capital có văn bản gửi Vietnam Airlines đề nghị làm thủ tục giải thể SkyViet. Trong thời gian giải quyết các thủ tục pháp lý có liên quan đến việc giải thể SkyViet, VASCO vẫn tiếp tục hoạt động với tư cách là một chi nhánh của Vietnam Airlines.

Vào cuối tháng 5/2017, Văn phòng Chính phủ đã có công văn gửi Bộ Giao thông Vận tải về việc định giá, góp vốn, thành lập và đề nghị cấp giấy phép kinh doanh vận chuyển hàng không, giấy phép kinh doanh hàng không của SkyViet.

Theo công văn, Phó Thủ tướng Thường trực Trương Hòa Bình yêu cầu Bộ Giao thông Vận tải báo cáo lại toàn bộ quá trình thực hiện Đề án này để xem xét có chủ trương thực hiện tiếp hay không theo đúng quy định pháp luật. Đồng thời có báo cáo Văn phòng Tổng Bí Thư trong tháng 5/2017.

Vasco chủ yếu phục vụ các chặng bay ngắn từ Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh đến các hải đảo và một số địa phương lân cận. Năm 2017, Vasco dự kiến vận chuyển 663.000 lượt khách, tăng 12% so với năm 2016; hiệu suất sử dụng ghế ước đạt 77,4%.

Hiện tại, ngoài SkyViet, có 3 hãng không đang muốn gia nhập thị trường gồm Vietstar Airlines, Viet AirAsia và Viet Bamboo Airlines. Viet AirAsia là liên doanh giữa Thiên Minh Group và AirAsia còn Viet Bamboo Airlines vừa mới được FLC Group ra quyết định thành lập cách đây ít ngày. A \ W
