Flybondi iniciará operaciones el 9 de Febrero desde el nuevo Aeropuerto El Palomar

El nuevo Aeropuerto El Palomar fue aprobado por la justicia argentina para comenzar asus operaciones después de un recurso impuesto por los vecinos del áerea del aeropuerto.

En esta primera instancia, la Jueza de Primera Instancia en lo Civil, Comercial y Administrativo, Martina Forns, permitió un máximo de la progrsamación de vuelos de tres despegues y tres aterrizajes diarios, una más que las operaciones programadas para esta etapa. Además, solicitó la remoción del material explosivo remanente en los depósitos de la base militar.

Tras dar lugar a un amparo por parte de un grupo de vecinos en Diciembre 2017, Forns había dispuesto la realización de un estudio de impacto ambiental, que el Organismo Regulador del Sistema Nacional de Aeropuertos (ORSNA) presentó el viernes pasado. Este informe arroja menos impacto en ruidos y gases que la histórica. En este marco, la jueza pidió que se continúe monitoreando el impacto ambiental de las operaciones en curso y que se presenten estudios complementarios antes de sumar nuevos despegues y aterrizajes.

El Ministerio de Transporte realizará en los próximo 60 días una audiencia pública para presentar los proyectos de obras y de operación aeronáutica. En esta primera etapa, que requiere la creación de 220 empleos directos y 1100 indirectos, Aeropuertos Argentina gastará $110 millones de un total de $1600 millones destinados al reacondicionamiento del Aeropuerto El Palomar. Se puede palpar el avance de las obras en el interior de la terminal, donde ya instalaron puestos de atención al cliente, asientos, plantas e incluso un escáner de equipaje.

El Proyecto del Aeropuerto Notre-Dame-des-Landes ha sido cancelado por Francia

El proyecto de un nuevo Aeropuerto Notre-Dame-des-Landes, cerca de la ciudad de Nantes había sido estudiado desde 1967 para ampliar el tráfico aéreo del país y, específicamente, de la ciudad de Nantes. Según los promotores, el aeropuerto de dicha ciudad no aguantaría el aumento previsto de viajes en avión.

La fuerte oposición al proyecto desde sus inicios por parte de residentes y agricultores de la zona así como de grupos ambientalistas hicieron que a partir del 2007 este movimiento se transformó con la ocupación de la zona delimitada por una figura de ordenamiento territorial Zone d’Aménagement Différée (ZAD). Desde ese entonces fue renombrada como Zona A Defender.

En 2012 la Operación Policial César se estrelló contra las barricadas de la ZAD y, además de no lograr el desalojo, dejó unas imágenes casi militar de violencia policial que avergonzaron a las instituciones francesas.

El 17 de Enero 2018, el Gobierno de Francia anunció el abandono oficial del proyecto. “Constatamos que las condiciones no están reunidas para llevar a cabo el proyecto de Aeropuerto en Notre-Dame-des-Landes. Tal proyecto, que estructura el territorio para un siglo, no se puede hacer en un contexto de oposición tan fuerte”, declaró el Primer Ministro, Édouard Philippe.

“Es la diversidad la que ganó”, dice un campesino que se mantuvo en la zona a pesar de las expropiaciones. El movimiento logró unir y articular a los diferentes componentes de la lucha. La solidaridad y unidad del pueblo francés ha logrado después de más de cincuenta años de lucha materializar el reclamo con éxito como la gran ganadora de esa lucha histórica en Francia.

Selon les promoteurs, l’aéroport de ladite ville ne soutiendrait pas l’augmentation prévue du trafic aérien.

La forte opposition au projet depuis sa création par les résidents et les agriculteurs de la région ainsi que des groupes environnementaux réalisés depuis 2007, ce mouvement a été transformé avec l’occupation de la zone délimitée par une figure de l’utilisation des terres Zone d’Aménagement différée (ZAD). Depuis lors, il a été renommé Zone A Defender.

En 2012, l’opération de police César écrasé barricades ZAD et aussi ne pas l’expulsion, a laissé une image quasi-militaires de la violence policière qui fait honte des institutions françaises.

Le 17 janvier 2018, le gouvernement de la France a annoncé l’abandon officiel du projet. «Nous constatons que les conditions ne sont pas réunis pour mener à bien l’aéroport proposé à Notre-Dame-des-Landes. Un tel projet, qui structurent le territoire d’un siècle, ne peut se faire dans un contexte d’opposition si forte», a déclaré le Premier ministre, Édouard Philippe.

Con un vuelo de Aerolíneas Argentinas el Aeropuerto Sauce Viejo volvió a operar

El Aeropuerto Sauce Viejo de la Provincia de Santa Fe estuvo inoperativo por de siete meses. El reacondicionamiento de la aeroestación pdemandó una inversión del gobierno provincial de AR$ 240 millones de pesos en las obras de remodelación.

Un Boeing 737-700 de Aerolíneas Argentinas despegó de Aeroparque a las 07:25 hs, arribando hoy jueves al Aeropuerto de Sauce Viejo a las 08:05 hs. De esta manera queda reinaugurado el aeropuerto de la ciudad de Santa Fe.

Las obras de remodelación

En el Aeropuerto Sauce Viejo se efectuaron obras de repavimentación de la pista, balizamiento y nuevos sistemas instrumentales de aterrizaje, que demandaron más de 7 meses y requirieron una inversión del gobierno provincial de AR$ 240 millones de pesos.

Entre los trabajos realizados están la repavimentación de la pista central, señalización horizontal completa de la pista central, calles de rodaje y la plataforma comercial. Nuevo sistema de balizamiento que permitirá operaciones nocturnas y la instalación de luces de alta intensidad para la aproximación de precisión y la identificación del umbral de pista. Se instalaron tres sistemas: meteorológica (AWOS) y los sistemas PAPIs y TDME, junto al cambio de posición del ILS existente.

El aeropuerto se cerró el 19 de Junio del 2017, cuando comenzaron los trabajos de repavimentación de la pista. El plazo de obra era de tres meses, pero una serie de complicaciones postergaron la reapertura y luego siguieron varias semanas de gestiones hasta que se logró la habilitación por parte de la Empresa Argentina de Aviación Aérea (EANA) y la Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC).

“Se demoró por las obras que se ejecutaron: repavimentación de la pista, nuevos sistemas de aeronavegación y meteorológicos. Tenemos un aeropuerto para las próximas décadas y ahora resta salir a buscar nuevos vuelos”, expresó José León Garibay, Ministro de Infraestructura de la provincia.

El Director del Aeropuerto, David Giavedoni, precisó que la estación está operativa con la carta de aeronavegación 3, pero que en las próximas semanas se habilitarán las otras cuatro cartas. A fines de febrero, la provincia espera inaugurar el resto de las obras que se están realizando en Sauce Viejo. Entre otras cosas falta terminar el sector del bar el sector de cintas para transportar el equipaje.

Pedro Morini, Ministro de Obras Públicas de Santa Fe comentó que se analiza la posibilidad de comprar rampas móviles para el descenso y el ascenso de los pasajeros a los aviones en el Aeropuerto de Sauce Viejo y Aeropuerto Rosario. Tienen la ventaja de que facilitan el acceso a las personas con movilidad reducida y cuestan un 10% de lo que vale hacer una “manga”, como las que se utilizan en el Aeropuerto de Ezeiza.
