Travel Service Airlines supera la participación de CSA en 97.7%

Travel Service Airlines ha confirmado que ha aumentado formalmente su participación accionaria en CSA Czech Airlines a 97.7% luego de adquirir una participación de 44% en Korean Air así como también 19.74% de participación en manos de la empresa estatal de gestión de activos, Prisko.

La adquisición de los activos de la aerolínea CSA Czech Airlines se efectuó el Martes, 27 Marzo 2018. El valor total de la transacción no fue revelado por el grupo inversor. La empresa Travel Service ya disponía del 34% de la cuota accionaria de CSA, con lo que ahora posee el 97,7% de las acciones.

Travel Service Airlines deberá exponer el plan a futuro para CSA con el Presidente de la Junta, Jiří Šimáně, indicando solo que su intención es consolidar la aerolínea de la República Checa.

Travel Service Airlines es la mayor empresa aérea checa y administra entre otros los vuelos bajo la marca registrada de Smart Wings. Opera en más de 400 aeropuertos en cuatro continentes bajo la modalidad low-cost.

Travel Service Airlines exceeds the participation of CSA by 97.7%

Travel Service Airlines has confirmed that it has formally increased its shareholding in CSA Czech Airlines to 97.7% after acquiring a 44% stake in Korean Air as well as a 19.74% stake in the hands of the state asset management company, Prisko.

The acquisition of the assets of the airline CSA Czech Airlines took place on Tuesday, 27 March 2018. The total value of the transaction was not disclosed by the investor group. The Travel Service company already had 34% of the shareholding of CSA, which now owns 97.7% of the shares.

Travel Service Airlines will have to present the future plan for CSA with the Chairman of the Board, Jiří Šimáně, indicating only that his intention is to consolidate the airline of the Czech Republic.
