El Ministerio de Seguridad de Argentina ha decretado el uso obligatorio en todo el norte argentino de aeronaves con instrumental de equipos respondedores

La Ministra de Seguridad Patricia Bullrich de argentina ha reforzado la seguridad en todo el norte argentino, en lo que respecta a la aeronavegación, el Ministerio de Seguridad de la Nación que conduce Patricia Bullrich; la Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC) a cargo de Tomás Insausti y dependiente del Ministerio de Transporte de la Nación, y el Ministerio de Defensa, refuerzan medidas para la detección de vuelos irregulares.

La nueva norma de aplicación se efectivizará a partir de Julio 2018 siendo obligatorio el uso de equipos respondedores (ATC Transponder) o de Sistemas de Vigilancia Dependiente Automática (ADS-B) en las aeronaves con matrícula argentina que realicen actividades agrícolas y se hará extensivo a aviones que realicen actividades de aviación general a partir de enero de 2019. Se aplicará a las aeronaves que operen dentro de la Zona de Identificación de Defensa Aérea. Esta medida es resultado del trabajo en conjunto entre los Ministerios de Seguridad, a través de la Subsecretaría de Control y Vigilancia de Fronteras a cargo de Matías Lobos; Transporte, Defensa y la ANAC. La misma permite reforzar el monitoreo y la prevención del tránsito aéreo irregular sobre el área del Paralelo 29° y hacia el norte (los límites internacionales con Chile, Paraguay, Bolivia, Brasil y Uruguay).

El Transponder es un transmisor que es captado por radares militares o civiles para controlar que los vuelos sean lícitos y que el avión cuente con la habilitación para volar. Junto con el plan de vuelo, se puede controlar, efectivamente, el recorrido que realiza y si cumple con la ruta habilitada. De esta manera, se podrán discriminar las avionetas civiles que cuenten con los transmisores de aquellos que vuelan de manera irregular para reforzar los controles de detección de los vuelos no habilitados, los cuales pueden tratarse de actividades ilícitas, ya sea transportar droga u otro tipo de sustancias.

The Minister of Security Patricia Bullrich of Argentina has reinforced security throughout the Argentine north, in regard to air navigation, the Ministry of Security of the Nation led by Patricia Bullrich; the National Administration of Civil Aviation (ANAC) in charge of Tomás Insausti and dependent of the Ministry of Transportation of the Nation, and the Ministry of Defense, reinforce measures for the detection of irregular flights.

The new application norm will be effective as of July 2018, with the mandatory use of responding equipment (ATC Transponder) or Automatic Dependent Surveillance Systems (ADS-B) in aircraft with Argentine registration that carry out agricultural activities and will be extended to aircraft that carry out general aviation activities as of January 2019. It will be applied to aircraft operating within the Air Defense Identification Zone. This measure is the result of joint work between the Ministries of Security, through the Undersecretariat of Control and Border Surveillance under Matías Lobos; Transportation, Defense and the ANAC. It allows to reinforce the monitoring and prevention of irregular air traffic over the Parallel 29th area and towards the north (the international limits with Chile, Paraguay, Bolivia, Brazil and Uruguay).

The Transponder is a transmitter that is captured by military or civil radars to control that flights are lawful and that the plane has the authorization to fly. Together with the flight plan, you can effectively control the route you take and if you comply with the authorized route. In this way, it will be possible to discriminate the civilian planes that have the transmitters of those that fly in an irregular manner to reinforce the detection controls of the unactivated flights, which may be illicit activities, be it transporting drugs or other types of substances.
