Helvetic Airways firma un pedido por 12 Embraer E190-E2 por US$ 730 millones de dólares

El fabricante brasileño Embraer y la aerolínea suiza Helvetic Airways han firmado un contrato para un pedido en firme de 12 aviones E190-E2 por un precio de 730 millones de dólares (€ 621 millones de euros) según la lista de precios actual de Embraer y se incluirá en la lista de pedido del fabricante del tercer trimestre.

El contrato, que fue anunciado como una carta de intención en Julio 2018 durante el Farnborough Air Show, también incluye derechos de compra para otros 12 E190-E2 con derechos a conversión al E195-E2. Con todos los derechos de compra, el acuerdo tiene un precio de US$ 1.500 millones de dólares (€ 1.276 millones de euros).

Los primeros 12 E190-E2 comenzarán a reemplazar los cinco Fokker 100 y los E190 de Helvetic Airways entre 4Q2019 y 2Q2021. Las opciones de compra de otros 12 aviones (E190-E2 o E195-E2) permitirán a Helvetic Airways crecer de acuerdo a las oportunidades del mercado.

Helvetic Airways signs an order for 12 Embraer E190-E2 for US $ 730 million

The Brazilian manufacturer Embraer and the Swiss airline Helvetic Airways have signed a contract for a firm order of 12 E190-E2 aircraft for a price of 730 million dollars (€ 621 million) according to the current price list of Embraer and will be included in the third quarter manufacturer’s order list.

The contract, which was announced as a letter of intent in July 2018 during the Farnborough Air Show, also includes purchase rights for another 12 E190-E2 with conversion rights to the E195-E2. With all the purchase rights, the agreement has a price of US $ 1,500 million dollars (€ 1,276 million euros).

The first 12 E190-E2 will begin to replace the five Fokker 100 and the E190 of Helvetic Airways between 4Q2019 and 2Q2021. The purchase options of another 12 aircraft (E190-E2 or E195-E2) will allow Helvetic Airways to grow according to market opportunities. A\W
