Avanza el Programa Aeropuerto Binacional Concordia-Salto

Ambas ciudades localizadas en la frontera entre Argentina y Uruguay permiten compartir similitudes de identidad histórica y económica que enriquecen un acuerdo binacional. La integración de desarrollos productivos puestos en marcha por el Ente Binacional Concordia-Salto está fortaleciendo muchos sectores productivos, entre ellos el fortalecimiento de un aeropuerto de carácter binacional.

El Gobernador Gustavo Bordet expresó: “Estamos trabajando en un proyecto binacional entre Concordia y Salto. El nuevo aeropuerto en una primera etapa va a operar con pasajeros y en una segunda etapa con carga”.

El ente binacional viene trabajando en diversas reuniones con el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID) para el fortalecimiento de los proyectos integradores entre ambas ciudades fronterizas bajo el Programa de Integración Regional. El proyecto incluye una nueva terminal aérea, torre de control, oficinas para organismos gubernamentales y del sector de aviación y lo referente al avance tecnológico de equipamiento e instrumental necesarios para las operaciones aerocomerciales.

Este Programa de Integración Regional amplifica la integración productiva y logística permitiendo activar las diferentes áreas industriales y comerciales. Por otro lado la planificación de obras en común generará un fuerte polo de desarrollo en el campo turístico y agropecuario. Concordia-Salto Binational Program

The Concordia-Salto Binational Airport Program advances

Both cities located in the frantera between Argentina and Uruguay allow us to share similarities of historical and economic identity that enrich a binational agreement. The integration of productive developments launched by the Concordia-Salto Binational Entity is strengthening many productive sectors, including the strengthening of a bi-national airport.

Governor Gustavo Bordet said: “We are working on a binational project between Concordia and Salto, the new airport at a first stage will operate with passengers and in a second stage with cargo”.

The binational entity has been working in several meetings with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to strengthen the integration projects between the two border cities under the Regional Integration Program. The project includes a new air terminal, control tower, offices for government agencies and the aviation sector, and regarding the technological advancement of equipment and instruments necessary for commercial air operations.

This Regional Integration Program amplifies the productive and logistic integration allowing to activate the different industrial and commercial areas. On the other hand, the planning of common works will generate a strong pole of development in the tourist and agrarian field. Argentina inicia investigación por la Causa Embraer-Austral

Por parte de Aerolíneas Argentinas, el viernes se ha presentado como querellante por una denuncia penal por la adquisición de las Presentaci_n_Embraer_190_Austral_009-249ef.jpgaeronaves en supuestas coimas o sobreprecios por valores a los US$ 4,5 millones de dólares.

La causa “NN sobre defraudación contra la administración pública” había sido iniciada en 2009 por Ricardo Moner Sanz, ahora toma curso por parte del Grupo Aerolíneas para investigar la operación en la Era Kirchner.

Austral Líneas Aéreas ha tenido inconvenientes por la falta de pruebas ya que muchas de ellas han sido borradas, archivos que han sido eliminados por la supuesta compra directa fraudulenta de los 22 aviones Embraer E-190-100AR al fabricante Embraer S.A. de Brasil y financiada por el Banco Nacional de Desarrollo de Brasil (BNDES).

Austral había adquirido por compra directa de 20 E-190 en la gestión del Secretario de Transporte Ricardo Jaime y Julio Alak como Presidente del Grupo Aerolíneas; luego otros 2 E-190 fueron incorporados por compra en la administración de Mariano Recalde como CEO de Aerolíneas/Austral. El monto de adquisición de cada aeronave estuvo valuada en US$ 34,5 millones, mientras que en el mercado aeronáutico el valor de cada Embraer E190-100 oscilaba los US$ 30 millones de dólares.

Reapertura Caso Embraer-Austral

La reapertura de la causa estuvo fundamentada por el descubrimiento de archivos que se encontraban encriptados, por lo que la Justicia inició una investigación para abrir esos archivos que contienen información acerca de la compra del material aeronáutico a Embraer de Brasil.

La compra de los 22 Embraer E-190-100AR a Austral Líneas Aéreas el 29 Agosto 2015 se había firmado por US$ 729 millones de dólares, casi unos US$ 30 millones más del valor informado por la transacción efectuada entre Embraer, BNDES y el Gobierno de Argentina.

El Departamento de Justicia de Estados Unidos contribuyó en la causa por la investigación a Embraer. Reportes de empleados calificados en Embraer se han descubiertos, corroborando las inconsistencias en el contrato Embraer-Austral (Gobierno de Argentina) por considerarlas muy caras al valor de mercado.

En 2013, el fabricante de aviones brasileño Embraer inició una causa interna por transacciones dudosas a cinco países, entre ellos Argentina, según han informado ante la Comisión Nacional de Valores de Brasil y con reportes en Estados Unidos.  AIRWAYS® AW-Icon TXT

Argentina starts research for the Embraer-Austral Cause

The Justice of Argentina has reopened the court case for the purchase of 22 Embraer E-190-100AR to the fleet of Austral Líneas Aéreas in 2009. On the part of Aerolíneas Argentinas, on Friday it was presented as a plaintiff for a criminal complaint for the acquisition of the aircraft in alleged bribes or surcharges for values of US$ 4.5 million.

Austral had acquired by direct purchase of 20 E-190 in the management of Transportation Secretary Ricardo Jaime and Julio Alak as President of the Aerolíneas Group; then another 2 E-190 were incorporated by purchase in the administration of Mariano Recalde as CEO of Aerolíneas/Austral. The acquisition amount of each aircraft was valued at US$ 34.5 million, while in the aeronautical market the value of each Embraer E190-100 was US$ 30 million.

Reopening Embraer-Austral Case

The reopening of the case was based on the discovery of files that were encrypted, so the Justice initiated an investigation to open those files that contain information about the purchase of the aeronautical material from Embraer of Brazil.

The purchase of the 22 Embraer E-190-100AR from Austral Líneas Aéreas on August 29, 2015 had been signed for US$ 729 million, almost US$ 30 million more than the value reported by the transaction between Embraer, BNDES and the Government of Argentina.

The US Department of Justice contributed to the case for the investigation of Embraer. Reports of qualified employees at Embraer have been discovered, corroborating the inconsistencies in the Embraer-Austral contract (Argentine Government) as they are considered very expensive at market value.

Norwegian Air Argentina incursiona como nuevo operador en la República Argentina de la mano de su matriz Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA. La nueva aerolínea low cost se incorpora al esquema del mercado doméstico en Argentina sumando más competitividad y mayor oferta de mercado.

La ANAC Argentina inspecciona las oficinas centrales y operaciones de Norwegian Air Argentina para tener todo listo para su start-up con su vuelo inaugural el 16 Octubre 2018.

La programación del primer vuelo será el 16 Octubre 23018 a las 07:30 hs con su vuelo inaugural DN 6022 desde Aeroparque-Córdoba. El vuelo inaugural arribará al Aeropuerto de Córdoba a las 09:00 hs. Su retorno como DN 6023 a las 09:30 hs, arribando a Aeroparque a las 11:00 hs, completando así la primera ruta. La segunda ruta, Buenos Aires-Mendoza, despegará a las 11:40 hs. A las 17:20 hs, decolará el tercer vuelo, la segunda frecuencia diaria a Córdoba. Inicialmente Norwegian Air Argentina operará dos vuelos diarios entre Buenos Aires y Córdoba y un vuelo diario entre Buenos Aires y Mendoza.

El sistema de red de servicios en esta primera etapa continuará con Neuquén y Iguazú para el 19 Noviembre 2018; Bariloche el 12 Diciembre 2018; Salta el 7 Enero de 2019. Mendoza incorporará el 19 Noviembre 2018 tres frecuencias diarias (3Fq/D), Córdoba a partir del 12 Diciembre 2018 cinco vuelos diarios (5Fq/D), e Iguazú desde 7 Enero 2019 con dos frecuencias diarias (2Fq/D).

Flota aviones

La aerolínea Norwegian Air Argentina que en un principio había incorporado el Boeing 737-800 LV-HQH con la insignia de Astor Piazzolla, luego que la aerolínea matriz lo reacomodara en Norwegian Air UK por necesidades operativas de urgencia, vuele a la Argentina después de volar en Europa a atender demandas de capacidad de la casa matriz. Norwegian Air Argentina incorporará en breve tres Boeing 737-800 adicionales. Norwegian Air Argentina will begin operations on October 16, 2018

norwegianNorwegian Air Argentina ventures as a new operator in the Argentine Republic in the hands of its parent company, Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA. The new low cost airline is incorporated into the scheme of the domestic market in Argentina adding more competitiveness and greater market supply.

The ANAC Argentina inspects the headquarters and operations of Norwegian Air Argentina to have everything ready for its start-up with its inaugural flight on October 16, 2018.

Inaugural flight

The programming of the first flight will be on October 16, 23018 at 07:30 hs with its inaugural flight DN 6022 from Aeroparque-Córdoba. The inaugural flight will arrive at Córdoba Airport at 09:00 hs. His return as DN 6023 at 09:30 hs, arriving at Aeroparque at 11:00 hs, thus completing the first route. The second route, Buenos Aires-Mendoza, will take off at 11:40 hs. At 17:20, it will take off the third flight, the second daily frequency to Córdoba. Las aerolíneas con operaciones en España ofertan búsqueda de pilotos y tripulantes

La expansión de la conectividad aérea, impulsada en los últimos tiempos por las aerolíneas de bajo coste, está generando una demanda importante de pilotos y tripulantes de cabina. Los planes de expansión de las aerolíneas en España ha abierto procesos de selección de comandantes y tripulantes de cabina. El sindicato Sepla vigilará que las aerolíneas mantengan los estándares de formación de los nuevos profesionales contratados. Las aerolíneas que han aplicado a la búsqueda son: Iberia, Vueling y Air Europa.

El aumento de la conectividad aérea que está experimentando el mercado español y Las Canarias, está llevando a las aerolíneas a la búsqueda de pilotos y tripulantes de cabina con los que cubrir los crecimientos previstos a corto plazo.

Los anuncios efectuados por parte de Vueling y Air Europa en la apertura de procesos de selección para incorporar pilotos a sus respectivas compañías, que se suman a otro reciente de Iberia, que incluía además la oferta para captar tripulantes de cabina de pasajeros.

El Director del Departamento Técnico del Sindicato Español de Pilotos de Líneas Aéreas (SEPLA), Javier Martín-Chico, considera que estas convocatorias de empleo, reflejan el buen momento que vive la aviación en España. “El sector aéreo internacional se está viendo muy influenciado por el crecimiento brutal de Asia, y sobre todo de China, lo que está provocando un movimiento importante de profesionales”, explica Martín-Chico en declaraciones a este periódico.

En el caso de Vueling, busca hasta 200 pilotos para afrontar el crecimiento previsto para 2019 para sus bases nacionales e internacionales. Los aspirantes deberán cumplir con los siguientes requisitos: ser un copiloto con licencia EASA Española, tener competencia lingüística en Español e Inglés, y la cualificación ATPL.

Air Europa también ha abierto una convocatoria para la contratación, en concreto, de 60 copilotos de Boeing 737NG, la flota con la que la aerolínea opera sus rutas de corto y medio radio. Las bases de esta convocatoria, que oferta contratación indefinida y base en Madrid, responden a «la expansión de la división aérea de Globalia, con la inauguración de nuevas rutas, como Eilat; y la llegada progresiva de nuevos y aviones.

La expansión de flotas en Europa ha llevado a algunas aerolíneas a tentar a pilotos con experiencia que trabajan en la competencia. Uno de los ejemplos más sonados ha sido el reciente fichaje de Norwegian de decenas de profesionales procedentes de Ryanair. AIRWAYS® AW-Icon TXT

The expansion of air connectivity, driven in recent times by low-cost airlines, is generating a significant demand for pilots and cabin crew.
