Ryanair cancelará 190 vuelos este viernes por la huelga de tripulantes de cabina

La aerolínea irlandesa Ryanair ha anunciado la cancelación de 190 de los 2.400 vuelos programados para este viernes, 28 Septiembre 2018, por la huelga de tripulantes de cabina en España, Bélgica, Holanda, Portugal, Italia y Alemania.

La aerolínea low cost estima que unos 30.000pasajeros se verán afectados por los paros múltiple en varios países y ha asegurado que los clientes han recibido esta mañana avisos sobre la suspensión.«Ryanair lamenta sinceramente los trastornos innecesarios para los clientes», ha indicado la empresa, que ha afirmado que en las últimas semanas ha hecho progresos significativos en las negociaciones con diversos sindicatos, que incluyen acuerdos con pilotos y personal de cabina en Irlanda, el Reino Unido, Italia y Alemania. Aunque el paro afecta a buen número de usuarios, el 90% de sus vuelos del viernes, en los que viajarán en torno a 450.000 personas no se espera que estén afectados por la huelga.

Huelga vs cooperación

Un directivo de Ryanair, Kenny Jacobs ha advertido: «Estas huelgas reiteradas e innecesarias están dañando el negocio de Ryanair y la confianza de nuestros consumidores en un momento en el que los precios del petróleo están subiendo con fuerza. Si continúan, será inevitable que estudiemos de nuevo nuestra capacidad de crecimiento para este invierno y el verano de 2019». El directivo de Ryanair ha pedido a los sindicatos que apliquen el sentido común y cooperación con la compañía para finalizar acuerdos en beneficio de los tripulantes de cabina y los pilotos en las próximas semanas.

Ryanair también deberá garantizar un mínimo de vuelos, debiendo garantizar que estos servicios esenciales se presten en las condiciones habituales, manteniendo el personal necesario para cada periodo afectado por la convocatoria, salvaguardando en todo momento la seguridad.
