El Aeropuerto San Juan de Argentina comenzará obras de modernización

Las obras de mejoras para el Aeropuerto San Juan en Argentina demandarán más de AR$ 1.000 millones de pesos. El nuevo aeropuerto emplazado en el mismo lugar contará con una superficie total de 4900 m2, actualmente cuenta con 1706m2 que será demolida.

El nuevo proyecto de envergadura para el Aeropuerto San Juan tendrá dos pisos diseñados de acuerdo a las normas geológicas antisísmicas actuales. En Planta Alta estará el sector de Migraciones, Preembarque, Sala VIP, entre otros detalles. El Preembarque Internacional incluirá dos puertas de embarque, espacio con capacidad para 120 personas.

En el sector de Plataforma y Pista, se repavimentarán la pista y las calles de rodaje. La plataforma del aeropuerto será ampliada de 22.000 m2 a 42.000 m2, permitiendo ampliar los slots para aeronaves, disponiendo de seis posiciones para aeronaves del tipo Boeing 737.

Las obras de remodelación del Aeropuerto San Juan serán ejecutadas por medio del Gobierno de la República Popular China, a través del Export-Import Bank of China (Eximbank), como así también por parte del Gobierno de la Provincia de San Juan.
