La segunda aeronave Boeing 737-800 aterrizó en el Aeropuerto Internacional Ezeiza, incorporándose a la flota de Norwegian Air Argentina. El Boeing 737-800 con registro LV-IQZ. Norwegian Air Argentina inaugurará con la segunda aeronave Boeing 737-800 vuelos con frecuencia diaria Buenos Aires-Neuquén y Buenos Aires-Iguazú (1Fq/D) a partir del 19 Noviembre 2019, ampliando así la red de rutas servidas en Argentina. Actualmente la aerolínea opera Buenos Aires-Córdoba y Buenos Aires-Mendoza. La incorporación de la segunda unidad reforzará además la frecuencia diaria a Mendoza, que pasará de uno a tres vuelos por día.

El arribo del Boeing 737-800 LV-IQZ continuará con el patrón de imagen corporativa con los famosos retratos de personajes emblemáticos. La deriva aloja al científico español Santiago Ramón y Cajal, quien en 1906 recibió el premio Nobel de Medicina en reconocimiento por su trabajo sobre la estructura del sistema nervioso. Por otro lado, la aerolínea planea anunciar la incorporación de un segundo personaje para la deriva del segundo avión incorporado.

Norwegian Air Argentina adquirirá dos aeronaves adicionales para completar Boeing 737-800’s (4). Las rutas aéreas a incorporar en Diciembre 2018 conectarán Buenos Aires-Bariloche y Buenos Aires-Salta, para completar la primer etapa 2018 de la introducción de la segunda low cost en Argentina.
