La aerolínea peruana LC Perú pierde licencia AOC

Ministerio de Transportes de Perú ha suspendido el Certificado de Operador Aéreo (AOC) a LC Perú Airlines. La disposición se dio debido a la cesación de la póliza de seguro que otorga la compañía de seguros Rímac.

El Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones (MTC) de la República de Perú suspendió la licencia de funcionamiento de la aerolínea peruana LC Perú Airlines debido a la cesación de la póliza de seguro que otorga la compañía de seguros Rímac a la aerolínea peruana. El ministerio exhortó a que la aerolínea regularice la vigencia de la póliza con la cobertura establecida por ley, para así brindar la debida protección a los pasajeros. «Se ha exhortado a la empresa LC Perú para que cumpla en regularizar la vigencia de la póliza con las coberturas establecidas por Ley», indica un extracto del comunicado.

LC Perú es una aerolínea peruana con sede en Lima, Perú, que opera vuelos domésticos regulares. Su base principal es el Aeropuerto Internacional Jorge Chávez.

Ministry of Transportation of Perú has suspended the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) to LC Perú Airlines. The provision was made due to the cessation of the insurance policy granted by the Rimac insurance company.

The Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MTC) of the Republic of Perú suspended the operating license of the Peruvian airline LC Perú Airlines due to the cessation of the insurance policy granted by the Rimac insurance company to the Peruvian airline.
