Aerolíneas Argentinas invertirá más de US$ 135 millones para 2019

Aerolíneas Argentinas tiene proyectadas inversiones por más de US$ 135 millones para este año para la renovación del interior de los aviones y de motores, infraestructura para mantenimiento y digitalización de operaciones, indicó hoy el Presidente de la aerolínea, Luis Malvido.

Los proyectos de inversión más ambiciosos para el 2019 corresponden a inversiones por US$ 30 millones de dólares en la renovación de los interiores de los 31 Boeing 737-800 Next Generation que forman parte de la flota de Aerolíneas Argentinas. El objetivo es generar más espacio, eliminando la clase ejecutiva, y recambiar todos los asientos por otros más modernos. Incluirán la instalación de conexión Wi-Fi en cada una de las aeronaves. La compañía estima que los primeros aviones en introducir los cambios estarán disponibles en el 4Q2019 o 1Q2020.

Estiman inversiones por US$ 4,5 millones destinadas a la primera etapa de renovación de la web de la empresa, buscando potenciar y facilitar la venta de pasajes. Otros US$ 30 millones serán invertidos en obras de infraestructura, previendo la construcción de nuevos talleres, vestuarios y salas de estar para el personal de rampa en Aeropuerto Jorge Newbery y Aeropuerto Ezeiza.

Austral

En el plano de las aeronaves regionales de Austral Líneas Aéreas, los Embraer E190-100AR, se realizarán los chequeos de puesta a punto de los motores con una inversión de US$ 65 millones. Desde el grupo, parece confirmar que la flota de los E190 continuarán por un espacio de tiempo adicional en Austral, mientras tanto se estudian propuestas para renovar el parque aeronáutico de la aerolínea regional.
