El Gobierno de Argentina logra tregua aeronáutica frente al freno de la flexibilización aeronáutica

El Gobierno de Argentina ha puesto un freno a las disputas con los gremios aeronáuticos dejando en suspenso el tratamiento de la flexibilización la actividad aérea. Los avances en las negociaciones de Aerolíneas Argentinas / Austral con los gremios por la actualización salarial promete reducir más la tensión en este primer cuarto de año. La reunión efectuada ayer entre los gremios, la Secretaria de Trabajo, avanzaron en poner en pausa la denominada armonización de las Regulaciones Latinoamericanas (LAR) por al menos 30 días, estableciendo previo acuerdo con los gremios.

En la reunión participaron los jefes de los dos gremios de pilotos, Pablo Biró (APLA) y Cristian Erhardt (UALA, Austral); Ricardo Cirielli (técnicos, APTA); Edgardo Llano (personal check-in, APA); Rubén Fernández (jerárquicos, UPSA), y representantes de un sindicato de controladores aéreos, ATEPSA, y de tripulantes de cabina, ATCPEA. No fue convocado Juan Pablo Brey, de la Asociación Argentina de Aeronavegantes (AAA), el gremio mayoritario de tripulantes, quien advirtió que si sus reclamos, que incluyen paritarias y el despido de una trabajadora en Flybondi, no se normalizan antes de la semana que viene hará un paro.

Ayer mismo hubo avances también en la paritaria pendiente en Aerolíneas Argentinas y Austral Líneas Aéreas. El grupo y los gremios se acercaron a un posible reconocimiento del pago pendiente de un 6,5% de aumento extra que los sindicatos reclaman por la aplicación de la Cláusula Gatillo en Septiembre 2018 y recomposiciones hasta Marzo 2019.

Juan Pablo Brey, of the Argentine Aircraft Association (AAA), was not summoned, the crew majority guild, who warned that if their claims, which include parity and the dismissal of a worker in Flybondi, are not normalized before the week who is coming will make a stoppage.
