Tribunal de Justicia de México ordena suspender construcción obras del Aeropuerto Santa Lucía y pide conservar obras del NAIM
Un tribunal de México ordenó este Miércoles 12 Junio 2019 una nueva suspensión provisional de la construcción del Aeropuerto en Santa Lucía y obliga a las autoridades federales a conservar las obras realizadas en el Nuevo Aeropuerto Internacional de México (NAIM). La decisión del Tribunal de Justicia de México ordena la suspensión de la construcción del Aeropuerto de Santa Lucía hasta que las autoridades federales presenten todos los estudios en materia de seguridad y en consecuencia ordenó conservar las obras del Nuevo Aeropuerto Internacional de México (NAIM).
El Décimo Tribunal Colegiado en Materia Administrativa del Primer Circuito tomó la decisión luego de los 147 juicios de amparo que el colectivo #NoMásDerroches ha presentado para que el Poder Judicial de la Federación (PJF) revise la legalidad de la cancelación del NAIM y asegure que el proyecto del Aeropuerto Internacional de Santa Lucía cuente con todos los dictámenes y permisos necesarios. La medida tomada por el Tribunal obliga detener la construcción del Aeropuerto Internacional de Santa Lucía hasta que sea factible verificar que la obra cuenta con los estudios de seguridad conducentes a los que se refieren la Ley de Aeropuertos y su Reglamento. Además pide que se mantengan las obras del NAIM sin que sean destruidas hasta que se revisen a fondo, por parte de un juez de distrito, todos los elementos de prueba que se encuentran en el expediente.
La decisión de este miércoles es la cuarta resolución judicial que obtiene el movimiento #NoMásDerroches en este tema. Tres de ellas obligan a las autoridades a detener la construcción de Santa Lucía hasta en tanto se cuente con los permisos ambientales de las autoridades competentes. En tanto, una de las decisiones exige que se abstengan de construir hasta que se cuente con la autorización respectiva del Instituto Nacional de Antropología e Historia.

A Mexican court ordered this Wednesday, June 12, 2019, a new provisional suspension of the construction of the airport in Santa Lucia and forces the federal authorities to conserve the works carried out at the New Mexico International Airport (NAIM). The decision of the Court of Justice of Mexico orders the suspension of the construction of the Santa Lucia Airport until the federal authorities present all the safety studies and consequently ordered to keep the works of the New International Airport of Mexico (NAIM).
The Tenth Collegiate Court on Administrative Matters of the First Circuit made the decision after the 147 amparo proceedings that the collective # NoMásDerroches has presented to the Federal Judicial Branch (PJF) to review the legality of the cancellation of the NAIM and ensure that the project of the Santa Lucia International Airport have all the necessary opinions and permits. The measure taken by the Court forces the construction of the Santa Lucia International Airport to be halted until it is feasible to verify that the work has safety studies leading to those referred to in the Airports Law and its Regulations. It also requests that the NAIM works be maintained without being destroyed until a district judge thoroughly reviews all the evidence found in the file.
The decision of this Wednesday is the fourth judicial resolution obtained by the #MoreDrugs movement in this issue. Three of them oblige the authorities to halt the construction of Santa Lucia until the environmental permits of the competent authorities are available.
