Boeing nombra nuevo líder de comunicaciones para el negocio de aviones comerciales
Conrad Chun es nombrado por The Boeing Company como el nuevo Vicepresidente de Comunicaciones de Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Conrad Chun se desempeñó recientemente como Vicepresidente de Comunicaciones de Boeing Global Services, donde fue responsable de las relaciones con los medios, las comunicaciones de empleados y ejecutivos, las comunicaciones digitales, las relaciones con el gobierno y los clientes, y las comunicaciones de marketing de productos y servicios en apoyo de la unidad comercial de más rápido crecimiento de Boeing.

Conrad Chun is named by The Boeing Company as the new Vice President of Communications for Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Conrad Chun recently served as Vice President of Communications for Boeing Global Services, where he was responsible for media relations, employee and executive communications, digital communications, government and customer relations, and marketing communications for products and services in support of the fastest-growing commercial unit of Boeing.
In his new position, Conrad Chun will continue to report to Anne Toulouse, Senior Vice President of Communications, and Stan Deal, President, and CEO of Boeing Commercial Airplanes. «Stan and I rely on Conrad’s skills to help us prepare to safely return 737 MAX to service and continue to drive progress in our commercial aircraft business», said Toulouse.
Chun joined Boeing in 2010 after retiring from the United States Navy as a Captain with 24 years of service. Chun graduated from the United States Naval Academy. He has a degree in economics and a master’s degree in information systems from the Naval Postgraduate School. Currently, Chun serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Military Spouse Corporate Career Network (MSCCN), a nonprofit organization that focuses on job placement solutions for military spouses and caregivers affiliated with war-wounded veterans. Chun succeeds Linda Mills, who announced that she will leave the company. «We thank Linda for her many contributions and wish her all the best in the future», said Toulouse. Alexa Marrero, current Director of Communications Operations for Boeing Global Services, will serve as Acting Chief of Communications for Boeing Global Services until a permanent replacement is selected.

KLM Cityhopper signs a firm order for the purchase of 21 Embraer E195-E2 aircraft. The signing of the order makes KLM Cityhopper the largest Embraer aircraft operator in Europe.
