Reactivan iniciativa de Líneas Aéreas Paraguayas

Desde la Dirección Nacional de Aeronáutica Civil (DINAC) de la República de Paraguay han anunciado la reactivación de la iniciativa de reanudar las actividades de Líneas Aéreas Paraguayas (LAP). El titular de la DINAC, Félix Kanazawa, adelantó que la marca Líneas Aéreas Paraguayas/LAP podría volver a ponerse en marcha con rutas de conexión directa a Estados Unidos y Europa. Asimismo, indicó que los vuelos burbuja con Uruguay podrían habilitarse en las próximas semanas.

Desde el organismo nacional han expresado que el capital para la conformación de una aerolínea nacional se llevará a cabo con fondos provenientes del sector privado. Actualmente se está realizando el planeamiento para la puesta a punto de la conformación de la legendaria línea aérea paraguaya. “Aquí no se está planteando desde la administración de la DINAC reactivar Líneas Aéreas Paraguayas con fondos del Estado. Es necesario aclarar que dicha iniciativa proviene del sector privado”, sostuvo el funcionario de la DINAC, Lorenzo Orué.

El organismo de la DINAC ha detallado que desde 2016 tiene registrado a LAP como marca y que a cualquier empresa interesada se le puede adjudicar la matrícula del uso de la misma. “Pueden entrar a competir como una empresa de bandera, pero movido con capital privado. Desde un principio se aclaró ese punto y que no se trataba de reflotar LAP con capital del Estado. Una empresa interesada puede presentar su propuesta a la DINAC y constituye una empresa solicitando el uso de la denominación de LAP, así como su logotipo y matrícula para competir en el mercado nacional como cualquier otra empresa privada”, expresó el organismo.

El Estado de Paraguay tiene la libertad de convocar a los potenciales oferentes a usufructuar el nombre de LAP, ya que existen muchos interesados en el sector privado. La DINAC no obstaculizaría en ningún tipo de canon especial a la empresa que esté interesada en explotar la marca LAP. “Queremos una empresa con bandera paraguaya, ya que muchas personas han intentado revivir a LAP, pero no se puede hacer a través del Estado”, dijo la DINAC.

The DINAC body has detailed that since 2016 it has registered LAP as a brand and that any interested company can be awarded the registration of the use of it. “They can enter to compete as a flagship company, but moved with private capital. From the beginning that point was clarified and that it was not a question of refloating LAP with state capital. An interested company can present its proposal to DINAC and constitute a company requesting the use of the LAP name, as well as its logo and registration to compete in the national market like any other private company”, said the organization.

The State of Paraguay is free to summon potential bidders to usufruct the LAP name, since there are many interested parties in the private sector. DINAC would not hinder any type of special fee to the company that is interested in exploiting the LAP brand. «We want a company with a Paraguayan flag, since many people have tried to revive LAP, but it cannot be done through the State», said DINAC.
