Croatia Airlines se privatizará en otro escenario

El Ministerio de Marítimo, Transporte e Infraestructura de la República de Croacia ha anunciado que el Gobierno continuará la privatización de la aerolínea estatal Croatia Airlines después de que la crisis de la pandemia desaparezca del escenario mundial.

Aegean Airlines de Grecia y la aerolínea regional española Air Nostrum habían expresado interés en adquirir acciones de Croatia Airlines. En Enero 2020, Aegean Airlines dijo: “Cualquier decisión importante sobre si es probable que la empresa participe o no en la próxima fase del proceso de privatización se tomará en los próximos meses, tras la provisión de información y discusiones, de acuerdo con el procedimiento establecido. por la República de Croacia”.

El Ministro de Transporte, Oleg Butković, ha reiterado que el estado proporcionaría ayuda a la aerolínea de bandera. “Compartimos la misma fe que todos los demás países, donde los gobiernos están salvando a sus aerolíneas. Sin duda, junto con la Unión Europea y la Comisión, proporcionaremos asistencia a Croatia Airlines, que estará en consonancia con las normas de ayuda de la UE”, expresó el Ministro.

Croatia Airlines ha registrado una pérdida neta de € 23,1 millones de Euros durante el primer semestre del año. La compañía ha elaborado tres escenarios diferentes sobre cómo la pandemia en curso puede afectar su negocio, con estimaciones que oscilan entre una pérdida de treinta millones a € 73 millones de Euros a finales de año. La aerolínea ha negado los informes recientes de que ha alquilado un turbohélice Dash 8-Q400 adicional, que llegó a Zagreb la semana pasada.

Modificación vuelos

Ministarstvo Pomorstva, Prometa i Infrastrukture Republike Hrvatska najavilo je da će Vlada nastaviti privatizaciju državne zrakoplovne tvrtke Croatia Airlines nakon nestanka pandemijske krize sa svjetske pozornice.

Početkom godine Vlada Hrvatske bila je spremna ući u drugu fazu pregovora s dvije zainteresirane tvrtke. Međutim, nakon širenja Coronavirusa, zrakoplovna industrija bila je teško pogođena posljedicama pandemije i pregovori su morali zastati. Hrvatska vlada odredila je lipanj 2020. kao početni rok za privatizaciju Croatia Airlines, a dvije međunarodne zrakoplovne tvrtke izrazile su interes za hrvatskim nacionalnim zračnim prijevoznikom u to vrijeme.

Interes za Croatia Airlines

Grčki Aegean Airlines i španjolski regionalni zračni prijevoznik Air Nostrum izrazili su interes za stjecanjem udjela u Croatia Airlinesu. U siječnju 2020.
