Aerolínea colombiana anuncia nuevos destinos
La aerolínea colombiana Wingo ha anunciado el lanzamiento de cuatro nuevas rutas internacionales permitiendo ampliar su cobertura de destinos al exterior y seguir consolidándose como la aerolínea de bajo costo más grande del país. Wingo Air ha desarrollado los próximos destinos a cubrir en Sudamérica: Bogotá—Lima, Medellín—Punta Cana, Cali—Cancún y Ciudad de Panamá—San José. La compañía ha comunicado que a partir del mes de Junio 2021 iniciarán las operaciones aerocomerciales a estos diferentes destinos. “Seguiremos demostrando que viajar al exterior con gusto y no con costo, en una aerolínea que cuida al viajero, es posible con Wingo, todo apalancado en nuestra experiencia en la operación de vuelos internacionales. Desde nuestra llegada al mercado, hemos sido la aerolínea bajo costo con destinos internacionales por excelencia y es precisamente el conocimiento de este mercado el que vamos a continuar poniendo al servicio de toda la región con el anuncio de estas nuevas cuatro rutas, con las cuales llegamos ahora a 28 en Latinoamérica y el Caribe”, expresa Carolina Cortizo, Directora General de Wingo.
Las cuatro nuevas rutas asignadas permitirán a Wingo tener una mejor presencia en la región mejorando las conexiones con Colombia. La ruta Bogotá—Lima iniciará la operación de dos vuelos semanales desde el próximo 28/06. La capital peruana es uno de los destinos turísticos más atractivos para los colombianos, gracias a su gastronomía, valor histórico y por las posibilidades que brinda para cada uno de los visitantes. La nueva ruta tendrá una tarifa de lanzamiento que inicia en COL$ 670.000/US$ 179, viaje de ida y regreso. La ruta Medellín—Punta Cana será el próximo 03/07, operando dos veces a la semana (2Frq/S). Las tarifas del trayecto ida y regreso van desde los COL$ 750.000/US$ 199. La nueva ruta hacia el Caribe: Cali—Cancún se iniciará el 14/07 con dos frecuencias semanales (2Frq/S), cuyos precios se empiezan desde COL$ 780.000/US$ 210 trayecto ida/vuelta. La nueva ruta Ciudad de Panamá—San José de Costa Rica se encuentra planificada desde el próximo 21/06. Esta ruta operará con dos vuelos semanales y sus tarifas comienzan desde COL$ 750.000/US$ 199 trayecto ida/vuelta.
“Nuestro modelo se centra en los viajeros y sus necesidades; es por esto que cada nueva ruta es una oportunidad para demostrar a muchas más personas la calidad de nuestro servicio y el nivel de buena onda que ofrecemos en Wingo. En ese sentido, con estas nuevas cuatro rutas, el #ModoWingo llegará a miles de viajeros nuevos que van a poder disfrutar de nuestra forma de volar”, destaca Carolina Cortizo.
La aerolínea colombiana ha comunicado que a partir de esta semana estarán disponibles los tickets para estas nuevas rutas en el sitio web de Wingo, con las tarifas de lanzamiento previstas. De igual forma, teniendo en cuenta la coyuntura actual y los posibles inconvenientes o necesidades especiales que puedan tener los viajeros, los pasajes aéreos podrán tener un cambio de fecha gratis.

The Colombian airline Wingo has announced the launch of four new international routes allowing it to expand its coverage of destinations abroad and continue to consolidate itself as the largest low-cost airline in the country. The four new routes assigned will allow Wingo to have a better presence in the region by improving connections with Colombia. The Bogotá-Lima route will start operating two weekly flights from 06/28. The Peruvian capital is one of the most attractive tourist destinations for Colombians, thanks to its gastronomy, historical value and the possibilities it offers for each of the visitors. The new route will have a launch fee that starts at COL$ 670,000/US$ 179, round trip. The Medellín-Punta Cana route will be on 07/03, operating twice a week (2Frq/S). The roundtrip fares range from COL$ 750,000/US$ 199. The new route to the Caribbean: Cali-Cancún will begin on 07/14 with two weekly frequencies (2Frq/S), whose prices start from COL$ 780,000/US$ 210 round trip. The new route from Panama City to San José de Costa Rica has been planned from 06/21. This route will operate with two weekly flights and its fares start from COL$ 750,000/US$ 199 one way/return.

The Colombian airline has announced that starting this week the tickets for these new routes will be available on the Wingo website, with the planned launch rates. Similarly, taking into account the current situation and the possible inconveniences or special needs that travelers may have, air tickets may have a free date change.
