Aeropuerto El Calafate recibe primer vuelo regular internacional
El Aeropuerto El Calafate/FTE de Argentina, ha recibido su primer servicio regular internacional. El vuelo AR1259 de Aerolíneas Argentinas arribará el Lunes 04/07 procedente de São Paulo/GRU, con escala intermedia en Córdoba/COR. Los vuelos tendrán una frecuencia los Lunes y Viernes (2Frq/S), en principio por tres meses. En São Paulo se hará una presentación del vuelo a operadores turísticos. Un avión Boeing 737-800 de Aerolíneas Argentinas con capacidad para 170 pasajeros, despegará el Lunes 04/07 a las 08:30 hs desde el Aeropuerto Internacional São Paulo/Guarulhos, con destino final a El Calafate. El vuelo AR1259 realizará una escala aterrizando en Córdoba/COR a las 11:35 hs. El avión prevé despegar de Córdoba a las 13:05 hs, y aterrizará en El Calafate/FTE a las 16:25 hs. El vuelo de retorno El Calafate/FTE—Córdoba/COR—São Paulo/GRU en otra aeronave partirá desde el Aeropuerto Cte. Armando Tola a las 11.45 hs con el número de vuelo AR1256, llegando a Guarulhos a las 19:20 hs.
El Aeropuerto de El Calafate recibirá por primera vez un vuelo regular procedente del exterior. Hasta el momento los vuelos internacionales arribados al Aeropuerto Comandante Armando Tola fueron charters, particulares, humanitarios.
El aeropuerto y la compañía aérea han confirmado que la programación de sus frecuencias los días Lunes y Viernes se desarrollarán durante los meses de Julio, Agosto y Septiembre 2022. La Secretaría de Turismo de El Calafate, en conjunto con funcionarios de Córdoba y de Aerolíneas Argentinas organizan una presentación para operadores mayoristas de Brasil el Martes 05/07 por la mañana durante un desayuno de trabajo que tendrá lugar en el Hotel Meliá Paulista.

El Calafate Airport receives first regular international flight
El Calafate Airport/FTE in Argentina has received its first regular international service. Aerolíneas Argentinas flight AR1259 will arrive on Monday 07/04 from São Paulo/GRU, with an intermediate stopover in Córdoba/COR. The flights will have a frequency on Mondays and Fridays (2Frq/S), initially for three months. In São Paulo there will be a presentation of the flight to tour operators. An Aerolineas Argentinas Boeing 737-800 aircraft with capacity for 170 passengers will take off on Monday 07/04 at 08:30 am from the São Paulo/Guarulhos International Airport, with final destination El Calafate. Flight AR1259 will make a stopover, landing in Córdoba/COR at 11:35 a.m. The plane plans to take off from Córdoba at 1:05 p.m., and will land in El Calafate/FTE at 04:25 p.m. The return flight El Calafate/FTE—Córdoba/COR—São Paulo/GRU in another aircraft will depart from Cte. Armando Tola at 11:45 a.m. with flight number AR1256, arriving in Guarulhos at 07:20 p.m.
El Calafate Airport will receive a regular flight from abroad for the first time. Until now, the international flights arriving at the Comandante Armando Tola Airport were charters, private, humanitarian.
The airport and the airline have confirmed that the programming of their frequencies on Monday and Friday will take place during the months of July, August and September 2022. The Tourism Secretariat of El Calafate, together with officials from Córdoba and Aerolineas Argentinas organize a presentation for wholesale operators in Brazil on Tuesday morning 07/05 during a working breakfast that will take place at the Hotel Meliá Paulista.
