Aerolíneas iraníes suspenden vuelos a Siria tras ataques israelíes
Un informe de Iran International dice que sólo Mahan Air, propiedad del CGRI y sancionada por Estados Unidos, sigue volando a Siria. Dos compañías aéreas iraníes han dejado de volar a Siria por los continuos ataques aéreos atribuidos a Israel. Iran’s nuclear ambitions
Israel has repeatedly warned of Iran’s nuclear ambitions, as well as its aspirations for regional hegemony, and has admitted carrying out hundreds of airstrikes as part of its “war between wars” (known as MABAM in Hebrew) campaign. to prevent the transfer of advanced weapons to Hezbollah in Lebanon and the entrenchment of its forces in Syria, where they could easily move against Israel. According to IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Aviv Kohavi, Israel has stepped up its campaign and in the last two months alone has carried out a double-digit number of attacks across the Middle East as part of MABAM.
The strikes in Syria have not only destroyed an unmeasurable amount of advanced and strategic weaponry, but Iran’s air, land, and sea corridors were down for 70 percent of 2021 due to operations carried out as part of the campaign.

Less than a week before that attack, two Syrian civilians were wounded in an alleged Israeli airstrike targeting locations near the coastal city of Tartus, according to the Syrian military. Pro-opposition media outlets claimed that Iran’s air defense batteries were the target of the attack.
