Tras casi siete años cese operaciones de Mexicana de Aviación, ordenan el pago de acreedores
Luego de casi siete años del cese de operaciones de Mexicana de Aviación, el juez federal Horacio Nicolás Ruiz Palma autorizó el pago de más de 159 millones de pesos para extrabajadores de la aerolínea, de acuerdo con la convocatoria para que se fijen las bases para el pago de los acreedores laborales.
Luego de casi siete años del cese de operaciones de Mexicana de Aviación, el juez federal Horacio Nicolás Ruiz Palma autorizó el pago de más de 159 millones de pesos para extrabajadores de la aerolínea, de acuerdo con la convocatoria para que se fijen las bases para el pago de los acreedores laborales.
El impartidor de justicia resolvió que en el edicto se detalle la estructura del juicio concursal, los antecedentes del concurso mercantil que se trata, hasta el estado actual que ha permitido a esa autoridad ordenar la dispersión de los recursos económicos con los que se cuenta para tal propósito, así como las reglas a que deberán sujetarse los acreedores laborales. El juez aclaró que el pago no corresponde a una liquidación de tipo laboral ni significa la renuncia a sus derechos como empleados de la aerolínea.
En detalle, del monto total son 138 millones de pesos a 6,422 empleados y otros 21.6 millones de pesos para 978 trabajadores, según la convocatoria para la primera etapa de pagos a los acreedores laborales.
Los recursos a repartir provienen de las ventas de los activos que el síndico Alfonso Ascencio Triujeque recuperó en tres años, desde que se dictó la quiebra de la empresa. Los exempleados de la aerolínea podrán acudir por el cobro a los juzgados federales en el país.
Ruiz Palma añadió que los empleados considerados en las listas que se encuentren en la Ciudad de México y en su zona conurbada serán atendidos por los funcionarios judiciales: Alan Velázquez Contreras, Armando Romero Díaz y Michael Rodríguez Suárez en las instalaciones del edificio sede del Poder Judicial de la Federación en San Lázaro, ubicado en calle Eduardo Molina.

The judge decided that the edict detail the structure of the insolvency trial, the background of the commercial competition in question, to the current state that has allowed that authority to order the dispersion of the economic resources with which there is Purpose, as well as the rules to which labor creditors should be subject. The judge clarified that the payment does not correspond to a liquidation of labor type nor means the resignation of his rights as employees of the airline.
In detail, the total amount is 138 million pesos to 6,422 employees and another 21.6 million pesos to 978 workers, according to the call for the first stage of payments to labor creditors.
