Aviones de AirAsia X y Malaysia Airlines atrapados en incidentes de aviación. Se abrieron investigaciones

La Oficina Australiana de Seguridad en el Transporte está investigando el último incidente relacionado con un AirAsia X A330, además de la parada del motor de la semana pasada frente a Australia Occidental, también con un Airbus A330 de AirAsia X. El incidente del vuelo de AirAsia X del lunes en el impacto de aves cuando el avión salió del Aeropuerto de Gold Coast para volar a Kuala Lumpur.

Un portavoz de la ATSB dijo que el vuelo D7207 a Gold Coast estaba siendo tratado como un fallo del motor, hasta que se obtuvieron más pruebas. Se cree que se han encontrado en la pista del Aeropuerto de Gold Coast los restos de las aves, después de que el A330 experimentara problemas con el motor y vibraciones poco después del despegue, forzando el vuelo a desviarse hacia Brisbane.

El otro incidente bajo la investigación de la ATSB incluye otro apagón del motor en un Airbus A330 de AirAsia X que volaba de Sydney a Kuala Lumpur el 16 de agosto de 2016, y un descenso por debajo del nivel mínimo de seguridad en la Gold Coast el 11 de septiembre del año pasado. En relación con el incidente ocurrido el 16 de agosto, la ATSB señaló que la conclusión de un proyecto de informe se había retrasado «por las prioridades y la carga de trabajo del investigador a cargo».

Las investigaciones realizadas en los últimos meses se relacionaron con un incidente de rodaje en Melbourne el 9 de septiembre de 2016, involucrando de nuevo a un A330 de AirAsia X y un incidente en el Aeropuerto de Melbourne el 31 de marzo de 2016 con un A330 de Malaysia Airlines.

Otro incidente del 10 de marzo de 2015 ocurrió cuando un piloto de AirAsia X recibió datos de vuelo incorrectos para un viaje de Sydney a Kuala Lumpur, y el avión tuvo que ser guiado por el Control de Tráfico Aéreo a Melbourne.

The Australian Transportation Safety Bureau is investigating the latest incident involving an AirAsia X A330, in addition to last week’s engine stop off of Western Australia, as well as an AirAsia X Airbus A330. The incident of Monday’s AirAsia X flight on the impact of birds when the plane left the Gold Coast Airport to fly to Kuala Lumpur.

An ATSB spokesman said the D7207 flight to Gold Coast was being treated as an engine failure, until more evidence was obtained. It is believed that the remains of the birds have been found on the runway of the Gold Coast Airport after the A330 experienced engine problems and vibrations shortly after takeoff, forcing the flight to divert towards Brisbane.

The other incident under the ATSB investigation includes another engine blackout on an AirAsia X Airbus A330 flying from Sydney to Kuala Lumpur on August 16, 2016, and a drop below the minimum security level on the Gold Coast September 11 last year. In connection with the incident on 16 August, the ATSB noted that the completion of a draft report had been delayed «by the priorities and workload of the investigator in charge.»

Research conducted in recent months related to a shooting incident in Melbourne on 9 September 2016, involving again an Airbus A330 and an incident at Melbourne Airport on 31 March 2016 with an A330 of Malaysia Airlines.

Another incident of March 10, 2015 occurred when an AirAsia X pilot received incorrect flight data for a trip from Sydney to Kuala Lumpur, and the plane had to be guided by Air Traffic Control to Melbourne. A\W
