Hoy es el tercer aniversario de la tragedia del Malaysia Airlines MH17, y en los Países Bajos se reunen unos 2.000 familiares para revelar un “monumento viviente” a sus seres queridos. Un total de 298 árboles han sido plantados en forma de una cinta verde, uno para cada una de las víctimas que murieron a bordo del vuelo de las líneas aéreas de Malasia en el camino de Amsterdam a Kuala Lumpur.
El rey holandés Willem-Alexander y la reina Maxima se unirán a funcionarios gubernamentales e internacionales en una solemne ceremonia para dedicar el monumento en el parque de Vijfhuizen, cerca del aeropuerto de Schiphol en Amsterdam, donde despegó el 17 de julio de 2014.
