Lufthansa German Airlines transportó hasta junio 2017 casi 60 millones de pasajeros representando un aumento de 17,2 %

Lufthansa ha transportado unos 59.990.000 de pasajeros hasta junio, marcando un récord con un incremento del 17,2 % en relación al mismo período de 2016. Estos aumento record han tenido un impacto positivo debido a la colaboración con Air Berlin y la compra de la línea aérea belga Brussels Airlines.

El índice de ocupación de los aviones mejoró entre enero y junio 2,7 %, hasta el máximo histórico del 79 %. El número de vuelos se incrementó en el mismo periodo un 8,4 %, hasta 543.654 vuelos. El transporte de carga incrementó un 7,1 % en el primer semestre (5.174.000 toneladas-kilómetro) en comparación al mes de junio 2016, mientras que la ocupación de los aviones de carga mejoró hasta junio en 2,7 puntos porcentuales, hasta el 69 %.

Eurowings, Germanwings y Brussels Airlines mejoraron hasta junio el número de pasajeros transportados un 76,1 %, hasta 14.505.000 personas, e incrementaron la ocupación en 0,9 puntos porcentuales, hasta el 77,4 %. El número de vuelos de Eurowings y Brussels Airlines subió entre enero y junio un 58,7 %, hasta 130.617 vuelos, en comparación con los mismos meses de 2016. SWISS transportó hasta junio a 8.764.000 personas, un 6,1 % más, mientras Austrian Airlines transportó a 5.782.000 personas, un 13,5 % más. En cuanto a Lufthansa transportó a 31.225.000 pasajeros en los seis primeros meses, un 4,8 % de aumento con respecto al 2016.

Lufthansa has transported some 59,990,000 passengers through June, marking a record increase of 17.2% over the same period of 2016. These record increases have had a positive impact due to the collaboration with Air Berlin and the purchase of The Belgian airline Brussels Airlines.

The index of occupation of the airplanes improved between January and June 2.7%, to the historical maximum of 79%. The number of flights increased in the same period by 8.4%, to 543,654 flights. Freight transport increased by 7.1% in the first half (5,174,000 tonne-kilometers) compared to June 2016, while cargo aircraft occupancy increased by 2.7 percentage points to June 69%.

The number of flights from Eurowings and Brussels Airlines rose 58.7% between January and June, to 130,617 flights, compared with the same months in 2016.
