Latam Airlines Argentina podría recurrir a un paro de actividades el viernes
Los cinco gremios aeronáuticos argentinos, UPSA, APTA, APA, APLA y ATCPEA decidieron tomar medidas de fuerza en el Grupo Latam Argentina a partir de la primera hora del viernes, por lo que «los trabajadores de tierra, los tripulantes de cabina, los pilotos, técnicos y el personal superior no garantizarán los servicios», luego de vencidos «los plazos de la conciliación obligatoria y las instancias del diálogo paritario».
Este miércoles por la tarde el Secretario de Prensa de la UPSA, Marcelo Uhrich, en representación de las Asociaciones del Personal Técnico Aeronáutico (APTA), del Personal Aeronáutico (APA), de Pilotos de Líneas Aéreas (APLA), de Tripulantes de Cabina de Pasajeros de Empresas Aerocomerciales (ATCPEA) y de la propia UPSA (Unión del Personal Superior y Profesional de Empresas Aerocomerciales), indicó el dirigente.
El viernes habrá protestas y asambleas en laos aeropuerto Jorge Newbery y Ezeiza del personal de tierra, superior, tripulantes de cabina, pilotos y técnicos, lo que «no garantiza de forma alguna los servicios» aéreos, puntualizó. Las organizaciones sindicales evitaron la convocatoria directa a un paro general para impedir la inmediata intervención de la cartera laboral con nuevas conciliaciones, resoluciones o declaraciones de ilegalidad de la medida, dijeron las fuentes. «Luego de vencidos todos los plazos conciliatorios (Ley 14.786) y las instancias de dialogo paritario, más allá de los tiempos legales, desde las primeras horas del viernes los gremios no garantizan el normal funcionamiento de los vuelos de Latam Argentina», indicó Uhrich.
La paritaria en el Grupo Latam expiró el 31 de Diciembre 2017 y los plazos conciliatorios están caídos, en tanto un comunicado de los cinco gremios instó a la empresa a solucionar el conflicto salarial a partir de las consecuencias que tendrá en el servicio por la intransigencia patronal, que no realizó ninguna propuesta superadora del 17% original de recomposición.
Los cinco gremios aeronáuticos aclararon que en todo momento propusieron instancias de diálogo, ya agotadas ante «la inflexible postura empresaria, que se niega a reconocer la inflación, por lo que existe un conflicto no deseado. Sin embargo, los gremios apuestan aún al diálogo e instan a la compañía a solucionar el conflicto para evitar la interrupción de los servicios.
