Interjet será el primer operador aéreo del Airbus A321NEO en México

La línea aérea low-cost de México, Interjet anunció que incorporará el primer Airbus A321NEO a su flota de aviones convirtiéndose en la primera aerolínea en México en operar esta aeronave. Interjet encomendó una orden de ocho A321NEO que recibirá en este 2018.

El nuevo A321NEO permitirá a Interjet responder con eficiencia a la creciente demanda. La nueva aeronave está equipada con motores CFM Leap X1A, que permiten una disminución de la huella acústica del 50%, con un ahorro de hasta el 20% en el consumo de combustible, así como una reducción de la emisión de gases en cerca de cinco mil toneladas anuales.Estará configurado para transportar 192 pasajeros con asientos de diseño italiano tipo Slim de la marca Geven. Ésta es una de las mejores soluciones ergonómicas en el mercado de aeronaves de este tipo, además de que se ajusta a las características que Interjet busca para brindar el mayor confort a sus clientes ofreciendo el mayor espacio entre asientos (34 pulgadas). Contarán con la tecnología de proyección llamada eXO, la cual se compone por monitores de proyección retráctiles de gran formato de 12 pulgadas a 1080p y con posibilidad de recibir transmisión de contenido inalámbrico en un futuro. Ello crea una experiencia similar al cine y permite a los pasajeros ver contenido de video en alta definición en pantallas de gran formato

Interjet will be the first air operator of the Airbus A321NEO in Mexico

Mexico’s low-cost airline, Interjet, announced that it will incorporate the first Airbus A321NEO into its fleet of airplanes, becoming the first airline in Mexico to operate this aircraft. Interjet entrusted an order of eight A321NEOs to be received in 2018.

The new A321NEO will allow Interjet to respond efficiently to the growing demand. The new aircraft is equipped with CFM Leap X1A engines, which allow a reduction in the acoustic footprint of 50%, with a saving of up to 20% in fuel consumption, as well as a reduction in the emission of gases in about five thousand tons per year. It will be configured to transport 192 passengers with seats of Italian design Slim type of the Geven brand. This is one of the best ergonomic solutions in the aircraft market of this type, in addition to that it meets the characteristics that Interjet seeks to provide the greatest comfort to its customers by offering the largest space between seats (34 inches). They will have the projection technology called eXO, which is composed of retractable large-format projection monitors from 12 inches to 1080p and with the possibility of receiving wireless content transmission in the future. This creates an experience similar to cinema and allows passengers to watch high definition video content on large format screens
