Aerolíneas Argentinas abre una nueva etapa de acuerdo con gremios aeronáuticos
En día lunes 3 Diciembre 2018, se llevó a cabo la reunión entre la gerencia de Aerolíneas Argentinas y los gremios aeronáuticos. Desde la Gerencia de Aerolíneas han negociado la deuda salarial y las suspensiones ilegales como legitimidad del reclamo que venían llevando el personal de la compañía. A cambio necesitan negociar la paz social después de seis paros en los últimos meses.
El presidente de Aerolíneas Argentinas, Luis Malvido, sostuvo que se abrió una instancia de diálogo productiva con los gremios que conforman el plantel de empleados de la empresa y señaló que “estamos conversando sobre todos los temas que hacen al funcionamiento de la compañía, a sus reclamos y sobre todo al futuro que imaginamos para Aerolíneas”.
El CEO de Aerolíneas Argentinas, Luis Malvido mantuvo un encuentro por espacio de tres horas con los seis sindicatos, las dos entidades que agrupan a los pilotos, APLA y UALA, la Asociación de Aeronavegantes (AAA), la Asociación del Personal Aeronáutico (APA), los técnicos de APTA y la Unión del Personal Superior (UPSA). “Fue una reunión en la cual cada uno expresó lo que tenía que expresar. Los gremios nos volvieron a reclamar la deuda que ellos entienden tiene la compañía por el tema de la interpretación de la cláusula gatillo de la anterior paritaria y nosotros volvimos a insistir con temas relacionados con la productividad, procurando hacer esta empresa más grande y más moderna”.
Se trataron aspectos relacionado con la política aerocomercial que lleva adelante el gobierno, pero remarcó que dentro del diálogo se analizó el plan estratégico de la compañía, los problemas coyunturales, el ahorro de costos, la digitalización, la competitividad y el ahorro de costos como base para hacerla sustentable.
Sobre la cláusula gatillo remarcó que “la empresa entiende que la inflación de setiembre no estaba incluida en el acuerdo paritario. Pero vamos a analizar el tema y hacer una propuesta, más allá de la paritaria que ya venció. Estamos discutiendo propuestas, fue una reunión productiva, logramos abrir una mesa de diálogo. La empresa expuso sus puntos de vista, y lo mismo hicieron los gremios y con esta convocatoria formal, queríamos dejar sentada nuestra verdadera vocación de diálogo. Que no es que lo decimos, sino que verdaderamente queremos dialogar todos los temas con nuestros trabajadores. Aceptamos suspender la aplicación de las sanciones a quienes participaron de la medida de fuerza del 8 Noviembre 2018. Esto no significa que Aerolíneas haya cambiado en nada su postura sobre la situación paritaria. Pero sí que queremos hablar de ese tema, encontrar un acuerdo”.
En cuanto la situación de los empleados suspendidos luego de haber participado en las asambleas que provocaron la cancelación de 258 vuelos y afectaron a más de 30 mil pasajeros, señaló que “aceptamos suspender la aplicación de las sanciones a quienes participaron de la medida de fuerza del 8 de noviembre. Ahora, esto será mientras continúe la paz social, mientras no haya nuevas medidas de fuerza. Después de las medidas de fuerza de las últimas semanas, tenemos que lograr que la empresa sea previsible, que recupere la confianza de sus pasajeros, que los que viajan por Aerolíneas sientan que no se van a quedar sin volar por una medida intempestiva y por eso es que hemos iniciado este camino de diálogo”.
